Good luck getting the room type you reserved. This is the second time my room reservation has not been honored at this property. I made the reservation months in advance for a corner room. Upon arrival, I was handed a key to a room in the middle of the hotel on the second floor. I was not informed of the downgrade and I was initially charged for the upgraded room rate. When I asked what was happening, they mentioned being fully booked. I asked for and received a reduced rate, but it was not volunteered. The indifference of the staff and lack of customer service is disappointing. Here is a direct quote from their customer service via text: "...unfortunately, reservations are to guarantee you have a room at our property; we can never guarantee the room type, floor, or room number." Isn't this the whole purpose of a reservation? So, if you choose to stay at this property, the room type you select is apparently irrelevant. The only thing they will guarantee is you will have a room. That's it.

Great hotel to stay in far as cleanness, amenities, beds, etc. there is no breakfast, and the manager multiple times tried turning me away to a different hotel.I was charged twice and no one answer the phones ever. Excuse was Microsoft outage

Stayed here for the first time to attend a music event. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and relatively quiet, and it was walkable to fun bars and restaurants and a free concert downtown. Bed was fairly comfortable. Bathroom and amenities are very nice and I loved the shower. Our only real negative experience was at the restaurant. I wonât go into details, but the hotel did make it right, which impressed me. It appeared maybe they had some new staff that needs a bit more training? Also, we were not aware that housekeeping was ârequest onlyâ but I guess since Covid I should learn to expect that. But as a full service hotel, I did expect it. We were slightly disappointed to return to our room late after a full day to find our room not tidied. The lovely young woman at the desk was apologetic and supplied us with the few supplies we needed for our last night. I loved the decor of the lobby and the cow motif in the room. Free parking is a plus. We will stay again when we are in Greeley next time. Thanks to all the staff that attended to the little issues we did have. We so appreciate the effort and kindness.

I put the hotel addr in my Nav system and it directed me to the 7th street front door. Went in to check-in and young gal at desk was indifferent at best. I asked where to park and she said, âobviously in the parking lotâ. Since it was my first (and now last) visit, I was unaware where the parking was. Also, I as a forever Diamond Hilton Honors members, I was really put off by her attitude. Not a single âWelcomeâ, or âcan I help you with anythingâ. I asked for a bottle of water and was handed a single bottle with a frown. Room was fine, sleep quality OK. Total for a single, Tuesday night stay was $179

Normally my go to hotel when visiting Greeley. However, this time checked in no problem was never told that the hot water was not working. So going onto the second day unable to take a shower that night, we have a little one who needs a bath and unable to give her a bath.called the front desk âthis has been going on all weekâ. Ridiculous service, ridiculous policy of not telling people that there is a major problem on checking in, basically being lied to by one front desk person, who said that they were working on it it should be ready to go in a few hours. can no longer recommend this hotel.
