Kokopelli Inn

This motel is small, but clean and comfortable. Rooms are accessed from an internal hallway. Main door leads into an entrance room with ice and vending machine. Although the rooms are small they contain everything needed for a couple of nights stay. The bed was comfortable, there is a table and chairs and a small fridge. The motel is situated next door to a small General Store and Pizza Place. We had a great Pizza for tea. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We stopped here on our way through Utah and had a very nice stay. It's not fancy but our room was clean and quiet and the landscape in the area is beautiful. Check in is at the store next door and be aware that it closes at 9 pm; we didn't know this and almost didn't make it in time. We'd been enjoying the drive down from Moab and luckily we arrived about 8:45 - just in time! Bluff is a nice stopping point if you are driving down through Utah and Kokopelli Inn is a great place to stay.

Nice enough little motel. Clean, comfy beds, good A/C, coffee maker, fridge. Small room and no microwave. Plenty of ice. Must arrive by 9:00 to check in at store. Microwave would be nice in the lobby with the ice machine.

Stayed on night room was clean. Lots of motorcycles and people hangin in lot but our room was on other side. I forgot a person item in room. Staff confirmed they have it. I offered to pay to have it reurned but manager has not returned my 3 trys to call over 4 days. Would've rated rated higher but dissapointed of loosing a small item but has personal value

Items of note: - The office closes at 10:00 PM so get there before closing. The manager left a key so we could access the room but there was no one in the office to change our room when the A/C was found to have failed. - Our room had broken A/C. It was more than 100*F in the room. The on-site staff tried to get the A/C running. After some fiddling the A/C ran for about 15 minutes then quit again. We opened the windows and hoped the breeze would help. After an hour I started tinkering with the A/C and managed to get it started again and run long enough to cool the room. - Attempts by the on-site personnel to contact the manager went unanswered. The on-site staff tried to contact the manager without success. She did not have access to the office to change our room. It was late and we were stuck. - The rooms are compact The rooms are on the small side but were very clean and tidy. I appreciate a clean floor/carpet.
