This is simply an elite airport business travelers hotel in very way. Clean, airy, light. Front desk is responsive and professional. The two eaters/bars are exceptional. The pool/exercise/whirlpool is exemplary. My client has a meeting there every spring, and I always book an extra night! Just be warned, an attached brew pub is NOT affiliated with the Westin, and the food quality is far from what you get in the hotel proper.

My company is named Garage Composites, and we do MANY meetings annually with The Westin DIA. I can honestly say that Hirut is simply the best. She’s always smiling at the Starbucks station, and ever run into her at the valet. A+ service, A+ smiles, and always remembers everyone’s name. Shes an absolute gem.

I stayed here one night. Location, location, location. That's what justifies the cost of this hotel. It is attached to the terminal complex at the Denver airport, and that makes it perfect for an overnight layover, which I had. You don't have to take a shuttle, leave the terminal complex, etc. It's the only airport hotel in Denver with that convenience, as all of the other ones off Pena Blvd. require shuttles, etc., and the inconveniences and extra time that go with that. You pay for this convenience. The room rate is high for what the hotel offers. That said, my room was clean and comfortable, with the usual comforts of the Westin bed. I thought decor was a bit less nice than some other Westin properties, though there was nothing dirty or broken. The exterior of the hotel is cool (neat architecture); I was suspecting a less generic interior. I had a late arrival and a fairly early departure, so I did not take advantage of any of the on-property food and beverage, other than the in-room coffee. Staff were welcoming and efficient on check-in. I would not seek this hotel for any other reason than an overnight layover at DEN, but for that purpose, it's tough to beat.

This was the best location in an airport hotel I've ever seen in the US. However, it has horrendous pricing. I paid $452 for one night on a Thursday night, and the hard product (while decent) outside of the location was not worth that price point at all. I wasn't able to use the breakfast amenity from my status because my flight was at 6 am, so that was a little unfortunate on my end. The location is really interesting. It's truly just as soon as you step out of the entrance of the airport, there's an escalator a 30-second walk away that leads you to the lobby. The design of the hotel is also really fascinating, and you can see the airfield outside. The room size was average, and it wasn't particularly stunningly clean/new. The shower was alright, and the bathroom amenities were decent. There was quite literally nothing special about the hard product except perhaps the bed. The bed was really comfortable. Other than that, the hard product was devastatingly average, which makes its price point even more of a head scratcher. It doesn't hold a candle to any other hotel that I've stayed at with a similar price point. The front receptionist at night may have been new and completely fumbled my request. I had to switch the payment method from the card I used to book the reservation and a company card that I needed to use. The receptionist assured me when I was checking in that my company card would be charged. Lo and behold, my personal card that I used when I booked the reservation was charged. That caused me a headache to call back and fill out a payment authorization form to switch the payment method due to their mistake. Overall, I just have no idea what makes this hotel special enough to think they can charge $452 a night other than its location and comfy bed. If that's all you need, then I guess this is a decent hotel, which I guess that would satisfy most business travelers who just need sleep. Literally everything else is just average and a bit outdated.

A great option when you have an early morning flight, essy to access the main terminal and you don’t need to take a shuttle which can save a lot of time. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room service is good. We will definitely use it again next year
