NEGATIVE 10 STARS, repeat NEGATIVE 10 STARS. Their ad states that it located in downtown Denver which is not accurate, it's not even downtown adjacent. The hotel has 3 floors but has no elevator to help me to my 3rd floor room. I arrived at 1:30pm which is 2 1/2 hours before their 4pm check in time. I was told I'd have to pay $40 if I wanted to check in early despite them lying about the hotel location and not having an elevator. One night I was trying to get the access code on my iPhone so I could enter the building. I spoke to someone on staff inside the building that said he would buzz me in. When that didn't work he said he'd call me back within 2 minutes to get me in the building. The person never called back. It was 30 degrees outside. I was able to retrieve the building passcode from my Iphone and let myself in. The person who was going to give me access to the building never called back and was unreachable because the call went to voice mail. I would have been stranded outside in 30 degree weather. The young lady onsight was very argumentative when I complained about the hotel not being downtown, no elevator etc. She said since I had the address of the building I should have known where I was staying. YIKES! I stayed there three nights, my rooms was never refreshed nor was I provided clean towels, etc. I had to survive on 1 face towel, 1 hand towel, and 3 bath towels for 3 day. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF The service is the worst and the arrogance that comes along with it are not good for business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF!

To start, the accommodations provided did not accurately reflect the description on the website. The room lacked a full-size stove and a washing machine, despite the presence of on-site washing facilities. The noise generated by the air conditioning unit was a significant inconvenience. Although earplugs were provided as an indication of the potential noise levels, the room indeed became quite noisy. Another concern was the location of my room on the ground floor. The large window overlooked the car park at the rear, necessitating the blinds to be kept closed for privacy. Additionally, the window next to the exit door resulted in constant noise from people entering and exiting the building, often slamming the door behind them. The frequency of people passing by and stopping at the window to smoke further necessitated keeping the blinds closed, depriving me of natural light throughout my stay. I was in room 16 and based on my experience in that room, would not recommend this place for a stay. I was on a business trip and coming back to the room after a hard day in the office for some peace and a good night's sleep was not to be had and for this, I would not recommend this property based on my stay and will not be returning.

Accommodations were less than expected. This is an older building, and a few coats of paint can’t cover that up. Location is great, the rooms are just small, and the HVAC system made so much noise we couldn’t sleep. Parking was adjacent, but uncontested, and non-visitors parked there.

simple apartment for a quick trip to Denver. Great neighborhood with lots of food options around. The apartment had the necessities for a few days in the city without lacking for any items. Stores and restaurants within 10 minute walk of the apartment

This location is terrific! So many good spots to eat, drink and enjoy within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Perfect for our home base during our extended stay in Denver. We worked from the apartment with no issues and commuted to the ski slopes as often as we could!
