Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

My stay started with Latoya at the front efficiently managing a line at check in and helping me get a room a little early. The room was clean and I loved the big fridge. It was just a few steps to the convention center and lots of restaurant choices.

I don't write many hotel reviews, but after a recent stay in Denver I just have to call out the above and beyond service by a member of this hotel's security team, Emmanuel. He extended incredible hospitality and made me feel right at home when I was making my last minute reservation. Thank you again, Emmanuel.

Good location a block away from convention center and close to public transportation. Rooms were clean and well maintained and kitchenette was well equipped. 18th floor mountain view room. We stayed during new year’s eve while huge rave event at convention center so place was packed. This made breakfast a bit slow and a bit uncomfortable, but hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I choose electronic check in and was assigned a room with no sofa bed for a party of 4, so had to go to the front desk and my problem was quicky solved by staff and had the room changed immediately. Nice lobby ammenities that helped keep our kiddos entertained. Would definitely consider this location again!

I arrived at the hotel to find out that I had to stand in line with 50 people waiting to check in because of computer issues. After waiting in line for an hour, I got up to my room on the 17th floor to find out that the key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk and wait again to get the key fixed. I found out that the reason they force you to put 60 dollars on the debit card for incidentals is because they charge $56 to valet park your car for one night. I never saw anything about this charge when I was booking the room. All it said was parking is available. Needless to say I won't stay at home 2 suites again!!
