The room had 2 coffee cups, no cups in the bathroom, not enough towels, 3 kleenex tissues left in the box, the tub had a dirt line that may be permanent. (When mentioned to the front desk, they said just call down. I would ask: why isn't it ready for guests?) The bed frames are wooden, look 50 years old and Creak loudly when sit/lie down/move at all. I'll address the matter of the front desk giving a key to our room to a stranger who entered the room at 3:15 AM with management. Both of us thought the other had secured the door but this will be discussed further.

I always stay here when I'm in Denver for business. It's always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's a wonderful area! The food is great at the hotel with prompt, professional service. It's so nice and the area is convenient.

The room we were initially given smelled terrible. It smelled like old urine was blowing out of the AC. The staff was gracious and quickly got us moved to a new room. The second room was acceptable and didn't smell, but still had cleanliness concerns. One wall had a old splash stain down the wall, the comforter was dingy, the shower was grimy in the corners. The rooms could use some updates- There was no fan in the bathroom, the AC was very loud, and the pillows were old and flat. Overall, the room was very quiet and the staff were all kind and helpful. But I generally have better experiences at Hilton Garden Inn locations and don't think I would not stay here again.

Nice comfortable room, good wifi and a very good breakfast buffet. Not ideal if you want to go into the centre of Denver and haven't got a car, but a good stopping place for a short stay. Only problem was that the aircon/heating unit in my room was broken.

Our flight was late. We paid for the rooms upfront. They gave our reservations away because we got in after midnight. We were left stranded at 12:30am with no rooms. After we already paid for them! And to top it off they refused to give refund. Would not recommend,
