A "no surprise" stay in the best way. The stay at the Hampton Inn Denver Tech Center was exactly as I expected. The hotel, while being an older property, was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable, the fitness room was good, and breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn fare. Good value and a good location near many businesses, restaurants, and shops. And I had no problem with noise or any other issues. All good. Omar at the front desk was terrific when I checked in and set the stage for a very pleasant two-day stay at this hotel. Thanks.

I had an authorized guest my cousin to check into the room without me present. The person at the front desk refused to let her check in without the credit card on file present. They made me jump through hoops to get my cousin checked in. Why offer an authorized guest if you are not going to let them check in? The clerk made me wait for an email to fill out the same information over with authorized guest name, and my credit card info again. Then they tell my cousin she has to use her own credit card for incidentals. I told the clerk to use my credit card for those charges, and first they said they couldn't do it, but after chewing out the rep on the phone he finally charged my credit card for incidentals. I've stayed at over 100 Hiltons over the years, and this is the first time any Hilton Hotel made me jump through hoops like this. Not only we will NEVER use this Hotel again, but more importantly these days with social media I will be sure to blast everywhere to not use you. When a ticket was first opened I was told by Hilton Guest Relations that a general manager would contact me within 48 hours to discuss what happened. I never got a call. So if you don't even have time to call a customer back with a complaint that means you don't give a crap about your customers. This will be copied, and pasted to put this review up for everyone to see the lack of concern at this location.

Great location and breakfast. Manager on site provided food recommendations and helped get our group get situated as we arrived early. Bed was nice and rooms were clean. They also provided free water and cookies. We would stay again when we return.

My kids live near the Denver Tech Center so I’ve been hunting hotels here for a number of years. As you know, a hotel chain doesn’t guarantee that the place will be nice. You will find that if you make a reservation far enough in advance the prices are very competitive which is not true of all the Hampton Inns. We always choose the room that has the bedroom and kitchen as the space is nice for longer stays. We like the outdoor pool, a chance to catch a little sun. The breakfast area is the usual stuff, but they do change the flavors daily on the waffle maker. The eating area is spacious and well laid out so it’s not crowded. FYI, there is a Panera Bread Restaurant right across the parking lot. If you are traveling with your dog you will be put on the first floor, a great dog space out back complete with a little walking path and rabbits. The manager asked us twice in four days how are stay was. There is only one complaint; there is definitely a shortage of garbage receptacles and they’re too small in the room. The location is nice especially in back and it’s very convenient. It’s not fancy, but reasonable and convenient.

My entire experience was pleasurable! I had to make some changes to my reservation and the staff was just fabulous. I would like to recognize the day manager Deziree for her fabulous assistance. Additionally Roxanna and the young man on the night shift were all great. Housekeeping was great as well. Great attitudes from every staff member !!
