Colorado Springs Marriott

It had been a few years since I stayed at this hotel, so I was pleased with the tasteful upgrades, to include a wand in the shower which my wife appreciated. A Titanium Elite BonVoy member, our room was on the executive level with the concierge lounge. Front desk staff were excellent and both check in and check out went great. Housekeeping staff and managers were great as well, along with staff in the lobby lounge and in the concierge lounge. A couple of items - breakfast in the lounge was great. Evening snacks were not on par with what we had seen in other Marriott lounges. No meats whatsoever, not on the cheese board, nothing hot, just fried pickles, cauliflower, etc. Additionally, there were no labels on anything in the lounge at all. Not on coffee/beverages, not on food, etc. Just strange when even Residence Inns, Fairfield Inns, Townplace, etc. all have labels to indicate what is being served. For the renovated rooms, a small table in front of the couch would be useful.

Aleena was quite helpful! I had trouble with a reservation and she helped solve the problem!!! I will stay at the Colorado Springs Marriott in the future just because of her. Obama assisted her and helped solve an issue. Both were professional and very kind and understanding.

Aleena & front desk staff were very kind & helpful. Outstanding service! The restaurant was very service oriented & the food was great. The scenic views at this hotel & rustic lobby makes it very unique & worth visiting for a wonderful experience.

My stay started off on the perfect note, thanks to Betty at the front desk! She helped me do early check in super tired from all the flights. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient during check-in. She made sure everything was seamless, answered all my questions with a smile, Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you, Betty, for making me feel so valued as a guest—I’ll definitely be back!”

I just have to give a great shout out to the front desk agent Pauline who checked us in after a long draining day. With her beautiful smile and her empathetic attitude, she was very caring and professional. Pauline is a great asset to the Colorado Springs Marriott. The rest of staff was super sweet.
