Omni Interlocken

We arrived to join partner who was there business. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Omni Hotel Interlocken made us feel incredibly welcome — everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to come across such consistently kind service, and it truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is great, authentic and so clean, with a great bar area that was busy due to business events. We loved playing pool in the evening while soaking in the stunning mountain views — a perfect way to unwind. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Camper, was another highlight. The pancakes were absolutely fabulous (a must-try!), and the service there was just as attentive and cheerful as everywhere else in the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and views of the mountain. While the bathroom was on the smaller side, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly functional. All in all, the Omni Interlocken offers a fantastic mix of comfort, charm, and top-tier service. We can’t wait to come back!

The customer service was FANTASTIC! My room was AMAZING! The lobby was beautiful. I will 100% be going back - I only stayed one night so I have to go back to check out their bar and spa services. Big shout out to Koley & Sage for taking great care of me and my team. Thank you!

I stay here all the time when I’m in town for business. The staff is amazing, the rooms are large and well equipped and the hotel amenities are very nice. It’s located in a good area for where my clients are, so it works out well. They have a nice roof top-ish pool area as well that connects to an area for outdoor games like corn hole, etc. and a relaxing area where you can just sit outside and relax. I love Omni properties in general, and always try to stay at one when I can when I’m in the road, and the Omni LA is right up there. I’d highly recommend them.

This hotel and staff is first rate. Service was spot on. I felt off one day and they brought complimentary soup and tea to my room. I especially liked to new remodel, the colors and patterns are delightful and soothing. I will make it a point to return.

I purposed to my girlfriend here and the staff decorated the room and provided us with free amenities and drinks. This staff is beyond the friendliest I’ve ever been apart of. I highly recommend staying here, especially for a special occasion or event. The staff had no problem setting up our room and decorating, and communicating with me the whole time
