This is a boutique Inn in a superb location in Boulder This is not a chain or corporate type hotel It is privately owned and the owner is available to assist with anything you need I had a large group to arrange and Bradley ( owner) helped with all my complex details It is a great value with breakfast everyday I did not take advantage of the wine and cheese in the evening as I was out and about The rooms are neat and comfortable The main lobby is large and comfortable with a fireplace too If you want to bring food in at diner time, no problem All around a great choice !

Stay elsewhere!!! After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we thought this Inn would be top notch. It was a major disappointment for the price we paid.. along with the service ( or lack of). You can stay almost anywhere in Boulder in June for $300 per night plus tax, for better and newer accommodations. Marriott or Hilton would have been a much better choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young girl and we were given a key, and no other orientation, nor any help with our bags. Although the location is central to Pearl Street, the parking lot was very poorly designed. At one point, we almost could not back up, as we were blocked in by another auto. There is ample parking in town, so this is not a real benefit. The room was very worn, and the bathroom needed a great deal of updating, as it is quite dated and old. There was no place to put any cosmetics or toiletries, so we asked for a small table, which was provided to us from the outdoor patio furniture. My husband almost fell in the slippery bathtub while showering in cold water, as no one told us there was a bath mat ( and toilet paper/tissues) tucked away in the night stand. Who puts these items in a nightstand drawer??? We were informed of the location of these items on the day we decided to check out. We cut our stay short in Boulder and left after 2 nights ( way too long at this property). To make matters worse, the handle did not work for the shower, therefore we had no hot water at all for showers. We were then told by Bradley, the owner, that we must have broken it! This was quite a false accusation, and insulting to say the least..so we explained that we did not break it, and he then said “it must’ve been broken by a previous guest”. He then proceeded to give us an orientation on how to use the shower handle.. but it was already broken. The tv was small, and the room was musty and dusty. Beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. We overpaid for a room that was supposed to have a fireplace, apparently a more “ deluxe” room. He downgraded the room, but charged us the same. We would have checked out upon arrival, but we were too tired to get back on the road to travel another 500 miles on our vacation. Bradley then offered us a complimentary bottle of wine at a local restaurant happy hour to compensate for our troubles and disappointment, so we submitted a receipt for a small plate and two soft drinks, but have yet to see a credit on our charge after checking out. We are headed back to Boulder Labor Day for a wedding, and canceled our reservation with this Inn. We will stay at the St. Julien Hotel and spa instead. All in all, sadly it was a very disappointing stay at the Bradley Inn.

My family and I were in town to go to my Mother's memorial service. I had to make reservations for three rooms. They were so helpful and sweet. The rooms were so nice and very comfortable. I appreciate the effort they made to make this experience as hassle free as possible. Stay here if you are visiting Boulder.

My family and I booked several rooms at the Bradley Boulder inn for a wedding we were all attending. Location is so convenient right near Pearl street where all the restaurants and shops are. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is delicious. The breakfast and living room area are inviting and we sat there a few times. Highly recommended.
