I booked through the hotel website but it will not let me write a review on the actual website so I will write one here. This hotel is disgusting. I have stayed here multiple times with no issue in the past. This time was a totally different experience. Let's start with the bed. The sheets had multiple stains on them. On the fitted, on the flat, and on the comforter. I used the hotel phone to call the front desk to request new bedding. Mind you, we had just arrived. The phone hardly worked, I had to hang up and use my cell phone to call the hotel to request new bedding. After new bedding arrived and was put on the bed, I looked at the new bedding, and it also had stains. Once that was fixed, I had to use the bathroom...the toilet wouldn't flush. So, my husband used his cell phone to call the hotel and request maintenance to come to the room to look at the toilet. The maintenance man arrived, while fixing the toilet, he said what can we expect from a hotel that was built in the '80's. My husband was not impressed with his attitude. The toilet was "fixed". I will use that term loosely as the toilet barely flushed the rest of our stay. The shower head was broken and would spray in multiple directions. The middle sprayer sprayed so hard that I could only tolerate it in short spurts because it hurt my skin. I did try to turn the shower head thinking that there were different settings but that was not the case. My service dog alerted multiple times to under the bed, but I was not about to take that risk. We did not eat at the restaurant because the prices are ridiculous. Absolutely will not stay here again.

I booked through another website and made the mistake of not reading these reviews...It was super cheap but it was outdated, especially the carpet. Walls were so thin, I could hear everything (and I heard the family next to me complaining about the carpet too!). Parking was an extra $14 which if I knew ahead of time, I would have dropped off my rental. It was very close, about 3-4 min drive to the airport. I asked if it was walkable and told no. I think I could have done it (without luggage) but didn’t want to bother since it was dark. They have a shuttle to the airport but it starts at 5:00 am and my flight was at 6:00 am. I told the lady I would need to leave earlier to check a bag (you usually have to check it 45 mins before boarding) and she said most people leave at 5 for a 6 am flight... But anyways, if you are wondering how a hotel can be this cheap, it's with hidden parking fees, and the food was very overpriced from glancing at the menu. Nothing majorly wrong, just outdated and noisy.

This used to be my go to hotel when staying in Grand Junction, but not anymore. Evidently a room was damaged and somehow I got the blame. I never damaged the room, in fact f the damage they say was true, a police report would be appropriate. The housekeeper must have made a mistake. They have a lot of rooms to cleans it’s easy to see how such a mistake could be made. I have worked I hotels and know how hard housekeeping staffs work. I would like the General Manager to call me so I can set the record straight. So far, no call.

This has been my go to hotel in Grand Junction for about 40 years. Been through name changes and some ups and downs. I won’t be back. Electrical outlets in rooms are substandard, not enough, not well positioned and worn out. Your plug in tends to fall out of the recepticle. Half the lights in our room were not working. Only one coffee packet provided for a double occupancy room. Only one of our keys worked. $14/day parking? Bar was supposed to be open at 4p.m. Nobody showed up to open at 4:15. Poor experience all round.
