I needed to stay in the area for work for a couple of nights and booked this property because it’s a Renaissance… I assumed everything would be great! Well… Checking in was excellent! The young man who checked me in was perfect and gave a sincere, excellent check-in experience! Parking here was kind of not-so-good… They use a QR coded parking payment system and you self-park in a poorly secured garage with homeless people all over the place. Kind of sketch walking through the garage at night! The location is HORRIBLE! Nothing but homeless people on the sidewalk out front, on the roads all around this hotel and the drive up is past rundown, expired places and a liquor store next door. It seems this property probably had its heyday many years ago, but sadly, that time has passed. There are police blue-light flashing camera trailers all over this area due to the crime, homelessness, and vagrants hanging out here. Not sure why the city/town/county (not sure who governs this area) doesn’t clean this up and get rid of them, but they need to! The room was great! Bed was comfy. TV worked nicely. Everything looked good on the first glance. But housekeeping was lacking. After my first night, I came back to see they simply picked up my used towel from the floor and hung it on a hook to dry and be re-used. I DON’T RE-USE TOWELS – EVER! Not even at home… surely not in a hotel when this towel has been on the floor – How Gross for them to make such an assumption! There was toothpaste splatter on the wall from previous guests as well… so, clearly housekeeping isn’t very good here. The property overall seems decent. There is a lounge on the 10th floor was was ok, nothing special about it when I stopped by on my first morning for coffee. I’d definitely not stay here again when in the area again.

Great hotel for conferences and events due to its proximity to DEN airport and the large event space available. The atrium design is very neat and they have cool amenities. My favorite is the indoor pool setup since they have huge windows! The area is a little sketchy in terms of location so just be aware of that. Other than that, it is a great hotel!

Do NOT stay here. I stayed for 3 nights. Had to have someone come up to my room twice to fix the internet and twice because the ice machine wasn't working. Went to the restaurant and the service was horribly slow. It appears that their restaurant is programmed to be slow so you order more drinks. I previously stayed at the Renaissance in Broomfield and it was perfect. The one on Quebec St. is awful.

Be Highly aware! I do not recommend this place at all, I picked this place because it's supposed that has a parking lot, but what they don't mention is that you have to pay $35 for a night parking, which it's very pricey and sketchy the way how they make you believe that you won't have any issues with the parking. They don't COMMUNICATE anything at all, COMMUNICATION word isn't part of their policies. I stayed with my wife for 2 nights and I was expecting to get a checkout confirmation, which they never did. And I have to call to see how long they going to give my money that they charged for a deposit per night $50 so now they said it's going to take 3 weeks to have my money back because it's a debit card. Why they haven't said anything about it when I was paying?, I would rather to change my payment method then. The surroundings are full of homeless, It's very loud place at night as well you barely can't sleep and the beds are very, very uncomfortable is like you're sleeping on a piece of board

I thought the hotel seemed pretty quiet and calm, even though the occupancy was fairly high. The lobby was spacious and the front desk staff very warm and friendly. Overall, I noticed the hotel was very clean - from lobby to hallways. My room and bathroom were quite spacious, as I thankfully had received an upgrade. The bathroom had great counter space and was well lit. I struggled with the lighting in the bedroom. I had two bed nightstand lamps, a desk lamp and then a corner lamp in the other part of the room. Even with the shades open, the room seemed pretty dark. My room had a balcony and I went out for some fresh air - which was nice. My room had a sofa and the light fabric color showed all the dirt marks. It could use a shampoo. Marriott branded properties are usually at the top for bathroom amenities. I liked the Aveda bar soap, shampoo and conditioner (smelled great!) - but the shower soap was a substitute brand and smelled awful (eucalyptus and lavender) and the body lotion looked like it was Aveda colors but was not one of their products. I'd stay here again over the other hotels close by.
