Baymont by Wyndham Yreka

We had some challenges with our stay and will not be back. The first room we were checked into was dirty- beds unmade and garbage on floor. The night staff was apologetic and friendly. The blankets were insufficient, we ended up getting blankets from our car. In the am we were denied breakfast despite coming down a few minutes before it closed, the staff was quite unaccommodating. The hot tub didn’t work, our toilet over flowed and our key stopped working multiple times.

This is absolutely the WORST hotel ever. Do not stay here. The first room was so dirty. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Thick layer of dust on the night stand and a pile of fingernail clippings. Asked for a new room because we were so grossed out. The next room was worse! Cigarette butts on the bathroom counter and a dirty diaper in the nightstand drawer! Old food in the microwave it was absolutely disgusting. We asked for a refund and left immediately. Worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here! Customer service was also awful.

Excellent service I sleep like a baby the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast had one of the coffees I have ever tasted overall 10/10 the room was warm and cozy love the pool area it was warm the shower hot plenty of hot water and parking was fairly easy

The staff is amazing every time we come here. The manager at night was actually glad to see us back. We went to other hotels in Redding and red bluff to explore and we came running back to the Baymont. As long as you’re polite and courteous to the staff they will take great care of you. And now they have their breakfast back the kids are way happier.

Great remodeled room, comfy beds and clean bedding. The pool was nice and heated and hot tub was amazing after a day of driving. Breakfast is great for pre-made items, burritos, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurts, etc.. They had many options for our son with a dairy allergy. We will stay again for sure.
