A BBQ grill and outdoor seating is available on the deck. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room are available on the ground level. The living room comes with a wood-burning stove fireplace. The upper level has a bedroom and an private bathroom. The property offers free parking. Laundry facilities are also conveniently available in the home. Yosemite National Park is 35 minutes' drive away.
