Expected level of good quality for a Holiday Inn Express, and everything was OK except the room heater/HVAC system is overly noisy. The included Buffet breakfast was very good ahead of a long day of driving. Despite proximity to the Interstate 5 Highway, noise was not a problem. Plenty of rooms in this three-story hotel, so it seems likely you could pull off the road and just stay here, instead of booking ahead as we had done. Modern and well maintained.

This hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The area felt safe. They welcomed our large breed dog. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. We would stay here again.

I made our reservations by calling the front desk. Julie was wonderful. I didn’t have my membership number and she took the time to look it up for me. Upon arrival we met her. She is efficient, patient and helpful with a beautiful smile. We stayed 2 separate nights. Both nights there were freshly baked cookies for us to enjoy. The first night we were on the 3rd floor. It was a nice sized room, well appointed and clean. It was a lovely room. They thought of everything we might need. It was very quiet. The second night’s stay was different. We were in room 205. It was across from the ice machine and a storage room. It was noisy both early morning and evening. The television did not work and twice we had someone try to fix it. While they were quick to respond and we all thought it was fixed but ultimately it was not. We gave up and went without tv. The breakfast staff were wonderful. The gentleman worked diligently, with a happy attitude keeping the food well stocked and everything clean. Overall we were happy with the hotel I just would not recommend room 205

This was an unplanned stop on our trip, but probably the best hotel we stayed in. Staff was wonderful. Plenty of parking. Smaller room, but met our need. Had a fridge with freezer in the room. Breakfast was the best we had - well stocked and had healthy options (even had packaged Gluten-free muffins and bagels, which I've never seen before at a motel). We probably won't be back through her again, but would recommend this place.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of shaded parking underneath solar panels. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was not full, and they seemed to space guests every second or third room, so the stay was extremely quiet and pleasant. Perhaps that was just luck, but we greatly appreciated it, nonetheless.
