The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills

I had a reservation at another hotel that turned out to be a complete disaster. I was pulled over on the side of the road, completely thrown, trying to figure out where to go for a full week in a city I don’t know well. I called The London West Hollywood, and Georgina answered the phone. She told me her favorite thing about the hotel was how tight-knit the staff is—and something about the way she said it made me trust her. I’m so glad I did. This was hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond, in ways that felt genuine—not performative. One night I’d left shoes in my car and without even asking, they went and got them for me. Another night I was dealing with some bad news and just wanted a glass of wine—bar was closed, but they still poured me one with such kindness I almost cried. Everything was super easy to manage by text. No pushy upselling, no weird hotel energy. When I asked if upgrading my room was worth it, they told me honestly: yes. And they were right—the difference was absolutely noticeable. I’m just so overwhelmed with gratitude for this place. I showed up rattled, and left feeling taken care of in a way that’s really rare. Huge thanks to Georgina and the whole team.

The London West Hollywood has been our go-to hotel in LA for years. We have tried a few other places but always come back. Beautifully designed hotel, large rooms, huge glamorous bathrooms, professional staff and quintessentially spectacular LA views from the south facing suites.

Best Hotel Los Angeles I’ve been to the Amans, Ritz, Pennisulas and Four Seaons, I belong to all of the programs that matter. Hands down the London is the best hotel in LA. If impeccable service still matters The London hasn’t cheapened the brand and cut corners (due to pandemic cuts) like so many have. Enjoy 24 hour room service and gym. Enjoy a large bubble bath in an oversized bathroom as all rooms are suite size. Order the best chopped salad and sticky toffee pudding.

My family and I have stayed here well over a dozen times over the last decade… probably twice that. What keeps us coming back was initially the location… the staff is now a big reason we keep choosing this hotel. Whether it’s just me and my husband coming for business or with our kiddos as well, this hotel always feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. The included breakfast was a nice presentation but left something to be desired. While the valet staff was wonderful, it is overpriced especially because there is a public parking lot right next to it.
