This is certainly not a 4 or 5 star hotel. There were no toiletries in the room. Water bottles in the room were for $4.00 each. Since restaurant and bar was closed when I checked in, I asked for soft drink. Front desk gave me 2 Pepsi cans for $8.00. Better book a 3 star hotel nearby. 4/5 star hotels in California has become a scam. The services they offer and none.

The rooms are spacious but a little bit old fashioned (carpet is quite old). The reception is friendly and efficient. The beds are of good quality and the shower is warm. The big disadvantage was that there were a lot of teenagers in the hotel, what caused a lot of noise late in the evening. The location is quite close the airport.

Very pleasant experience during my 3 nights stay. The check-in counter staff were pretty helpful. The rooms were spacious, the air condition worked perfect and the view of Levi's stadium was a treat. It was b'ful to wake up to the rays of sun falling on my bed. The huge desk allowed me to work and prepare my presentations. The toiletries were good and the housekeeping staff were excellent, warm, friendly. Loved my stay!

My recent stay here had its pros and cons. On the positive side: The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the area. The check-in and check-out processes were notably smooth and hassle-free. Generally, the staff interactions were adequate. However, there were several drawbacks: There was visible mold forming on the air conditioner vents, and the bathroom felt quite dated. Housekeeping service needs improvement, as the bathroom was not fully cleaned during the first room service. It would be much better to have an updated Smart TV with a good channel variety. The situation regarding complimentary water bottles was confusing regarding potential charges based on membership status. Additionally, the parking fees seemed high, especially considering longer stays; a reduction would be appropriate. As a World of Hyatt member, I didn't perceive any specific advantages or recognition during my stay. The pool is outdoors, so I couldn't use it as the weather was cool during my March visit. Overall, while the convenience and efficient check-in/out are appreciated, the hotel needs to address room maintenance (especially the mold and dated bathroom), cleaning consistency, update in-room amenities like the TV and provide fairer policies regarding parking fees and loyalty benefits.
