Stayed here multiple times throughout the years. Always a great experience! The Front desk is always amazing! Thank you Rafi, Nate and Necia for making the trip awesome! Great view of pool and lagoon, rooms are incredibly clean. Housekeeping goes over and beyond!

This was my second time at the Ramada in Santa Barbara. Why did I choose to return as a repeat guest. The answer is rather simple but in this present day positive professional staff attitudes is like looking for a needle in a haystack. This is not so at this Ramada. I'm a Nam Combat Veteran traveling with a service dog. Although I live 75 miles north of this hotel my visits to Santa Barbara are for medical treatment of the demon Agent Orange Cancer & Multiple strokes. When I book a reservation I expect what my generation of combat veterans did not receive on the home front after our service in Nam: Respect! Check in was the first time and the second time continued to be the best+ to other hotels in the Wyndham Group. Room rates are more so reasonable than its competitors in Santa Barbara. Finding a clean room after Covid 19 is difficult. However, that is not the case here plus housekeeping staff has old school professional attitude toward the guests. This also applies to the other staff employees. Breakfast hot food is something to look forward to here. Being a Vet and country boy I wish there was on the menu Biscuits & Sausage gravy (SOS to us Vets.).

The breakfast is with eggs, toast, sausage and pancakes. The breakfast room hostess was delightful and even brought hot coffee around to refill our cups. The grounds with the pond and pool are lovely. Rooms facing the pond were nice size. Ours looked toward the parking lot and was fairly standard small.

I don't recommend it if you care about ascetics. Would not stay here again. The room is dated. Cottage cheese acoustic ceiling. Many TV channels are scrambled. Painted brick wall. The parking lot surrounds the hotel, and unless you get an interior room, the balcony faces the parking lot. We chose to come to Santa Yenez to enjoy the natural beauty, and this place put a serious damper on the beautiful day we had. I was concerned we would get an old room since we got a slightly discounted room on Expedia. I called the hotel and asked if the room we booked has a brick wall but was reassured all rooms were remodeled. That is not the case.

The location was very nice. Right across the street from a Pokewaves which their Sushi was delicious. The front desk Reps were very accommodating and friendly and made sure questions and request were taken care of. I had a nice peaceful relaxing rest time for the night to get ready for my flight in the early AM and my shuttle driver was waiting right on time. I would recommend for a nice and relaxing friendly stay. Melissa
