I was spending a night here for a nearby wedding while it was also my birthday. I got upgraded to a marina view room with balcony which was lovely. I also got to enjoy 2 hours by the pool which is in a surprisingly tropical setting for a chain hotel. Tons of palm trees making it feel like a mini vacation. Staff was all around friendly and helpful. Only downside was that they were supposed to have room service during breakfast but they did not. Make sure to call and ask about that if breakfast in bed or on balcony is on your wishlist.

Tried to book this hotel direct and they said hotel was full. Found a room on hotel tonight, booked room and called to verify. Room rate wasn’t that much cheaper that direct. When we arrived, check in was easy. (Got 2 warm cookies) We ended up getting an ADA room w 2 double beds in second floor. (which was fine) Hotel room was a bit run down. Stains on curtains, furniture was worn & bed lumpy. The location of our room was terrible. We had a view of trash dumpsters, employees taking breaks (smoking & on their cell phones) Woke up to a truck delivery hearing people yelling. Also the air conditioning unit had a bright light on that was annoying. Didn’t seem to be the temp it said. Otherwise the location of the hotel was perfect on the harbor. Too bad we didn’t get other side of property. We had a party to go to a the yacht club next door that we walked to. Wi-Fi is horrible!!! It’s like they have a phone block unless you pay the 7.95 per day. We didn’t eat here because it was over $20 for a basic breakfast. Plus the hotel did not seem full at all so I’m not sure why they said it was fully booked!! Location was worth the money definitely not the room.

We stayed here the night before our cruise and so glad we did! This is a beautiful place with the best staff! Every single person we encountered during our stay was friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The marina makes for a great walk and even better view from our room, which was large, clean and comfortable. We used the free shuttle to get to the port, which was so convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant, very good, and breakfast the next morning - even better (try the breakfast quesadilla!!). We will definitely stay here again.

Withholding information!!!! My fiancĂ© and I signed a contract 6 months in advance to secure our wedding day here, but we were never informed about a planned protest on that very day. - The hotel allowed us to book a reservation on a day they knew would be disrupted. - We spoke to the protesters, who confirmed they had notified the hotel in advance. - Despite our requests to move our reservation to a room further from the protest, the hotel refused to accommodate us, insisting on sticking to the contract. As a result, we were interrupted by chants during our ceremony and wedding vows. STAY: The staff clearly dislike working there, which reflects in the degraded quality of service we experienced. Ceremony: We attempted to hold everything in a space further away from the protest to minimize disruptions, but once again, the hotel refused any accommodations or refunds outside the contract. If it weren’t for the wedding day itself and the joy of celebrating with family, this would have been the worst planning experience imaginable—especially since the hotel knowingly sold us a reservation on a protest day.

We stayed here for a night before a cruise, like a lot of other reviewers. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We got onto the list easily for the cruise shuttle the next morning. There was only one seat left on each of the two 10:00 shuttles, so hopefully my wife and I will end up at the same ship. We got a marina-view room that had big windows and an amazing view of the boats. The room was clean ‘enough’. The carpet was iffy, so I just didn’t look very close. There were a lot of charging ports by the bedside. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. The beds were comfy and they had a lot of pillows. The heat/AC unit is controlled by a remote control. It takes about 5 minutes to start blowing when the heat is turned on. The location of the hotel is pretty isolated and there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance. We were stuck with Uber since the onsite restaurant was closed between lunch and dinner. The walk around the marina and park, close to the hotel, was relaxing. The breakfast was fine but a bit pricey for what you get. Usual hotel restaurant prices. They have a shuttle to take you around within five miles and will pick us up at the ship for a night’s stay upon our return to port. All-in-all, it was a really nice stay and I am hoping our next stay, in 10 days, will be just as pleasant.
