Could barely get through the lobby. It smelled like a skunk lift in the lobby. It was all because of marijuana smoke. I would never stay here, even if somebody paid me to do it. The stench extended far beyond just the entryway, but all the way into the main meeting spaces. If you are a person that hates going around smelling like a skunk, this is not the place for you.

our second time here...hockey road trip...go sharks...we stay in the international suite with a connecting room...we travel as a multigenerational family of 4...expansive rooms, high vaulted windows and ceilings, wonderful city and park views...nespresso coffee and tea pot...comfy beds & pillows...bathrooms have perfect tubs fitting 2 fully submerged...ada higher toilets...high quality toiletries and towels...shower has great pressure with added hand held option...room service is only for dinner and done fully by app making it difficult when order needs correcting...we truly miss the breakfast room service but the restraurant serves an expanded menu with exceptional food...room service dinner menu is quite limited on options but again, food is exceptionally tasty...staff all extremely happy and friendly...art museum next door is really nice with great gift shop and cafe...we will return again...

I come to San Jose frequently for work and I so wanted to love this hotel. I’ve tried it 4 times because I don’t like the other options in the area either. But after this last time, it will be a hard pass going forward. Good: I love the spacious rooms The food in the lobby bar is good Nice pool Nice gym Cons: I can NEVER get hot water in the shower. The above referenced lobby bar is freezing There is no room service or place to have lunch No free coffee in the lobby The “nespresso” pods are not labeled so you don’t know what you are drinking. The restaurant that is available for breakfast is very lack luster for the price. Every room I’ve stayed in the shampoo holder is falling off the wall The toilets are supposed to be the “sensory” kind except you have to push the button on the side The ice machine areas are disgusting and look like they have never been cleaned

Stayed here 3 nights on a business trip. Everything was master billed so I can’t comment on the expense of parking or even overall room cost. However, I had a very good size room with a huge bathroom. Plenty of space for me to work as needed. I appreciate that the parking was underground I had to leave at 4am to catch a flight and it was nice to easily access my car. Although I didn’t go to the lobby bar, it was very beautiful and added a nice aesthetic when you entered the hotel. The bar was busy every night of my stay. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Crappy Valet service they damaged my new car & didn't say anything about it!! Crazy how you pay for a service and the people can’t even drive right!!! Stayed 11-02-24 room617 never again, what a shame nice hotel & crappy valet service those people will crash ur car and not say a word. Don’t valet ur car and don’t stay here very crappy service!! Happy I didn’t leave a tip. They got my rim managed to tear my tire and got a good shot at the side of my car.
