Best hotel stay, it was amazing! Loved it all! Great hotel and center to everything! Will definitely stay there again, was a bit more than a budget hotel but service was amazing! Very clean and amazing amenities. This will now be my go-to hotel when I visit.

This Hyatt location is away removed from the noise and crowds of the wharf but only a block away to all the wharf activity. We walked most of the Embarcadero and made it all the way to the Ferry landing in downtown. The hotel is an ideal location and very safe. The lobby staff especially Sang was professional, welcoming and helpful. We reserved a corner room which had a great view of the cable car stop, so we played real tourist taking a ride. Room was very comfortable. It was easy to catch Uber for the places we wanted to visit that weren't a walkable distance. We enjoyed the pool which is heated. We would stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's walking distance to the Wharf/Pier and close ride to the Stadium. The staff are amazing! Very helpful and would answer questions with smile. Valet parking is also helpful. There's also a restaurant that you can just go to if you are tired from walking. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean, and easy location to get around San Francisco. Overall a decent place for a couple days of sightseeing. The heated pool and hot tub are great after a day of walking the city. Its in a super touristy area but it's off a block or two from the hustle and bustle so it won't disract from getting some rest.

Short stay before our Hawaiian cruise. Location was good and we walked to Pier 39 each day for breakfast and dinner. Ask the front desk for a card that gives you a bit of a discount at a few of the restaurants there. Price was probably comparable but would have been pricey if not for our Expedia discount. Room had everything you would need and the bed was comfortable, however the finishes around the hotel and in the room are starting to look tired. The weather was great so we sat by the pool to enjoy the warmth.
