This hotel is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at staying in a hotel. Usually Best Western is a brand of quality but this is an example where it is not. The room we stayed in completely flooded and when we woke up in the early morning there was ½ to 1 inch of water covering the entire floor. Our belongings that were on the ground were completely soaked and many of our things were damaged When I asked for a discount or a refund the person at the desk said that they could not offer us anything. It seems that the water came from the room next door. As if a pipe had broken or someone had left the water running and it was on all night. Overall a nightmare as this was the first night of our stay before we headed up to Lake Arrowhead for Christmas. We arrived with our clothes a belonging wet and damaged.

Well, to start, the beds were so uncomfortable and hard. My wife's and my back were in horrible pain. They were like we were sleeping on the floor. I ended up sleeping in the chair. We even went to Walmart to buy a pillow top to help some, and that didn't work. Second, we were in the room for the first 3 days, and we came back in the late afternoon and found our room wasn't cleaned. We called the office and the housekeeping staff was already gone. They had promised us that they would have them clean the room 1st thing in the morning. We had to call the office, and we ended up having to wait out in our car for 30 minutes to have the room cleaned. The pool and spa were closed the entire time. The breakfast was ridiculous. I had the same thing for 5 days, sausage links and scrambled eggs. No variety. No potatoes, no waffle or pancakes. This should not be called a full breakfast. We ended up checking out on Thursday since we had to stay another 2 nights and would not be able to handle another night. We moved to a Plus BW in Colton instead, and it was like night and day.

It was loud all night. Kids running up and down the walkways at 1 am. Please just talking really loud standing in the parking lot. The light in bathroom only worked the 1st night. Used phone for light.

Horrible dirty hair in the tub, no shower curtain...bad customer service would not refund my money. I left and did not stay there. People at the front desk were hard to understand . Did not stay. Left to another best western

The hotel is rundown and should not cost the price one pays. Breakfast is poor. It’s not a full breakfast. No pool no hot tub no computer area and no eating outside on a patio. The pictures of the property are very deceiving as well as the beds are hard with very old linen and sheet as your bedspread. Water stains in the ceiling. No Managers on duty. No accountability. I called and they said there was nothing they could do because no manager was on duty. They did not make my stay right even after I called Best Western Customer Care. Next is the health department with a hot tub with brown water with everything under sun floating in it. Don’t wast your time or money. I’m debating on going to a chain of hotels I can no longer trust. I might have to cross this off my list. I do hotel ratings for my business. 30 years of customer service and doing audits.
