The Hotel is decent, clean and relatively comfortable. The layout of the lobby and room is a bit odd but manageable. Located in a quiet business neighborhood with quick easy access. This was just an overnight stay with quick access to the airport. Did not experience the breakfast due to an early flight. I would recommend giving this hotel a try.

We were in the āaccessibleā room, but very narrow space to get to the bed was not navigable. Set in boring corporate park wasteland, this is not a great place for families. Breakfast ok, with an egg muffin that was ok, and the expected coffee flavored hot water for our tea drinker.

Just an amazing stay! Comfortable beds, great pillows, and a terrific breakfast! Butā¦the people! The staff was just the best! From the nice lady who checked us in, (I am so sorry I forgot her name!) to the wonderful smiling faces of the folks who checked us out, and everyone in between! I donāt know what they make, but it aināt enough!! Give those folks a raise! THEY ARE your business!!

Last summer, we stayed in SpringHill Suites Sacramento Roseville for our business meetings, booking several rooms for 2 and 3 nights. Overall, we stayed there ten times. Since they were booked this time, we decided to stay in Natomas. Well, we had an awful experience during our 3-day stay this April. As always, we were on a business trip and booked three rooms for three days; we also booked one more room for our partner for two nights as soon as we learned he was coming. During our evening check-in, the front desk rep was absent, and we had to wait for almost 10 minutes until someone showed up. Also, guest service rep. Notified me that someone had made some changes to my reservationāthe hotel rep never reached out to confirm if the changes were suitable for my stay. After all checked in, someone entered my partner's room while he was out and put a sign on the table with my name on it. When my partner returned and found the note, he went to the front desk. He was told that they made a mistake and he had to change the room. Of course, my partner was upset and didn't want to pack his things and move to a different room. Moreover, my other partner and his wife were in their room chilling in bed when some guy walked in on them and said that it was his room and that he had given the key to the front desk from that room. My partner's wife almost had a heart attack in bed. We will never return to this location again. Hospitality is below "0." Retrain your employees!

Rooms are clean and comfy. Free parking. Lots of restaurants that are walking distance. Bel air grocery store is a 5 min drive .Dani at front desk super helpful along with Rina at nighttime. Amy on the breakfast area was also super accommodating. Will be back when in the area .
