Very large and comfortable rooms, with sitting area. Adequate hanging space with enough hangers. An iron and board were included. There is a safe. In-room coffee service was included. Large pathroom with great water pressure. Breakfast included with a wide selection of items. An unexpectedly great find!

Great stay before JNP. We only stayed 1 night. Comfortable and clean .The staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was easy .We were able to charge our Tesla for free overnight . Breakfast was good. Walkable to restaurants in safe newer neighborhood

Stayed four nights Pros Was hesitant from other reviews but had a quiet stay. New facilities. Good breakfast attended to by very friendly kitchen staff - love the spinach quiche. Comfortable beds. Good exercise room. Outdoor pool. 1/4 mile from every store and restaurant you could want. 1/2 mile from I 10. 8 miles from fun casino. If you want upscale dining visit the pines steakhouse in the casino. Improvements Was told housekeeping was every other day- they didn’t come at all. Said pool was heated but it was not. Some areas of the room needed better cleaning- glass shelf in coffee nook had about 1/4 inch of dust on it. As someone else mentioned, glass bathroom door is directly at foot of beds - strange room set up- it’s lights up whole room if you need to bathroom at night. I prefer full kitchen rooms- ie residence inn- there is a new one down the street that I will try, but I will return here again with no heartburn. If you don’t want to drive there is a pizza place Right next door- the pizza shack. It advertises New York style pizza. I’m sure they don’t have many people that can challenge that assessment but I am from New England. :-). Having said that it was very tasty and I would recommend. Very convenient

A newer and very modern hotel. Front desk staff, maintenance staff, breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the front desk person was great 5 star. While in my room, I needed assistance with figuring out how to use some room controls. High Tech stuff in the room. I requested maintenance to assist me. The employee arrived quickly and should me what to do and adjusted the refrigerator for me. I really liked everything about the room. There's many restaurants and businesses very close by. I will be back soon. One thing I'd like to see is uniformed security people in the parking lot and the lobby. You never know what the deterrent of a uniformed security person will prevent.

Checked in on September 1st around 9pm or a little before. Shower, ate, ready for bed around 11pm. At 1130pm we heard BANG BANG BANG on our hotel door. I was like maybe they have the wrong room and they think it'stheir family. Around 20 mins later, BANG BANG BANG on our room again(happend a 3rd time too!) I called the front desk and was told that their had been a confusion of room numbers from the 2nd and 3rd floor and apologized. I was like ok, however, now I am a little on the edge as I am asking the front desk did they send anyone up and please check the cameras( their was one right by our door) as it was very startling. Now my husband is on alert and looking out of the peephole. From 11:55 to 12:30am my husband has his eyes set on the peephole. At approximately 12:30am he sees the guy who has been banging on our door. This time he stops again in front of our door, has a set of keys in his hand, and a sharp object in the other. He runs the object across our door and heads for the stairwell. My husband at this point calls the front desk again and provides a description of the person( dark green hoodie, blue jeans, and red hair) Venus answers the phone while my husband is alerting her to what's going on and she tells him well I don't see anything and they can't get into your hotel room. Really?? That sure is comforting to know when someone is banging on your door at a late hour. I packed our stuff back up and we headed home as I did not feel safe at all staying there. I was really looking forward to getting away for just a weekend but unfortunately we will have to try again another time. This was one of the most scariest experiences I have ever had at a hotel before and I have to admit one of the most disappointing. No one checked the cameras even though we gave times and a description of the person. I will be calling corporate later on today as this was very scary to deal with.
