We rented a jet ski from Bridge Bay and they were very accommodating and friendly. The machine was in perfect mechanical condition and price was just right. Service was wonderful! Will definitely use them again in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The check in and check out process are very unprofessional and took over 30 min. We rented a patio boat and it was super dirty, sticky, covered in stains. Disappointed. Find another place to rent. They should hire a different cleaning crew and check the boats before releasing them to customers

This is not the Ritz Carlton but we had a very pleasant stay there last night. Our (#218) was very basic, but clean, and comfortable. It was 103 outside, but the A/C was on for us when we checked in and kept us plenty cool our whole stay. The king bed was comfortable and the sheets, bedding and towels are good quality. There is some outdoor chairs for cooler weather and we had trees outside and could see both the bridge and some water. We had dinner at the restaurant which was surprisingly good also (basic choices: steak, salmon, pasta, chicken, fish and chips etc.).

We rented a patio boat for our family of 4 + our dog. It was so much fun! We were there Labor Day and I think it was 107F, so we were really looking forward to playing in the water. We thought we had missed out because we didn't bring any floats, toys, etc. etc. really not needed. My husband drove the boat out to one of the branches (legs? fingers?) of the lake and found a small cove to park in. The kids (12 and 11 yo) put on their life jackets and Keens/sandals and took turns jumping off of the patio boat into the warm water, then floating, swimming, climbing out, repeating over and over again. My son did try this w/o a life jacket and w/o shoes - but it's a lot more fun just being able to float/rest in the water wearing a life jacket than tread water. Shoes/sandals are also recommended for scrambling up the shore and for climbing into the boat. When we got tired, we would take a break by driving the boat to explore another area, and when we got hot again, we'd find another cove and repeat. I thought the kids would get bored after 2-3 hours; we were out there for almost 6. We definitely want to do this again and maybe rent a houseboat with a slide. !!! Looking forward to returning. Everyone at the rental office and the dock was super nice and relaxed.

After an odd check-in, we went to the room. It was unclean, smelled terrible, and didn't look anything like the booking website. We looked at the pictures online again and decided we had been conned. We didn't even touch anything than the door knobs because it was so unsafe. Left immediately and drove 2 hours to a place we booked last minute to ensure we were safe. We paid the same price per night for a beautiful and safe resort view room just 90 minutes from that location. Do not stay here - the pictures are not accurate.
