Stay anywhere but this hotel. Sleeping outside might be better than staying in this hotel. The elevators are completely nonfunctional and they are doing nothing to fix the problem or make them safe for customers. We were promised upon check in that the elevators would be functioning in the morning (we had a bunch of heavy luggage and equipment with us). They had us staying on the third floor. In the morning the elevators were completely not working and we were forced to carry down very heavy equipment 3 flights of stairs. The manager had a horrible attitude when we complained, offered no sort of compensation. What would they do if someone with disabilities had no way of getting down from the higher floors? This is unacceptable. The amount this place is charging per night is about $80 more than what they should be charging. You should avoid at all costs.

The hotel needs maintenance. Our tub/shower had a continuous drip that could be stopped. Outside, the roof gutter was plugged with long-term debris since plants were growing in the standing water. Backed up gutters can cause roof damage.

Very disappointed in this location that I have been using for over 10 with many business stays a year. My last couple of visits here have been lacking customer service and support. After no follow up to an issue at my last stay here I stayed in Chico a couple of times instead which adds extra driving on my 3 day work trips in this Northern California area. Today I had my stay set for Red Bluff to hopefully get back the customer service I was used to. However, when I arrived at 4:15pm to check in which I did, but when I got to my room housekeeping I was maybe half done. That was the first mistake. When I went back down stairs I find out it also has two queens instead of a king suite which I booked. So now I’m sitting in a lobby for 20-30 minutes waiting for a room which isn’t the type this 6’6” person booked, second mistake. I rarely write reviews but my last two stays warranted this review. I’m a Platinum member, I also work as a District Sales Manager and customer service in crucial to give and I expect to receive. So they have lost all my business in 2024, maybe I give them a try in 2025. It would be more convenient but I’m about principal and will drive the extra to receive the service that is expected.

Terrible, elevator nonfunctional for four days without any repair. One ice machine not working and no vending machines in areas designed as such. Graffiti on staircase wall which you had to take from lobby up to room since elevator not working Stay at nearby, Hampton Inn, much better

I travel half the year for work. Overall 5/5 hotel. Staff is super friendly, coffee is hot and breakfast is well done. The rooms are clean and fresh and everything exceeds expectations for a Holiday inn. Definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone.
