Super clean, new and modern hotel. Much better than some of the other more dated hotels in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room had hardwood floors, which was a nice change versus carpet in most hotels. Seemed cleaner as a result. Breakfast was pretty standard, and not too crowded.

This is our second stay within two months and both stays have been great. The front desk staff have been friendly at each check in despite being late and somewhat busy. The imperfections: It’s slightly inconvenient to have to go back to your car to put a parking pass on your dashboard. One weekend stay one of the elevators was out of order. The shower water pressure is low. The hotel is the best in town so it gets sold out when there’s an event in town. Greatness: The mini kitchen has the essentials for late night snacking and a compact full fridge. I love being able to freeze my blue ice. The room is comfortable and has convenient plugs and desk space. Breakfast is always out nice and early so my kids can eat before their tournament. There’s an ice machine down the hall on the first floor which I’ve seen people use to fill up their cooler. The indoor gym looks new and nice (we never had time to use) For dinner we usually head to Brookfields just on the next block.

Excellent stay. Pretty smooth check in and check out. VERY fast and reliable wifi. Excellent shower, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well. The bed was comfortable with extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer in the room. Free parking. The breakfast and coffee was acceptable. There is a good restaurant very close that opens for breakfast at 6 am. Our room faced Folsom Dr. and was near the light rail tracks, so there was light road noise and in the middle of the night loud voices yelling from the street/rail stop. The elevator was always slow, but the morning we checked out it was out of order and our room was on the third floor. I'll return next time we need to visit Rancho Cordova.

Omg. Perfect hotel! Beautiful room that was so spacious. I love the non-carpet floors. Feels so much cleaner. Huge bathroom with huge closet and shelves and drawers if you want to unpack. Beds were the perfect amount of firm/soft. I rarely find a hotel bed that I get into any immediately love it. They were awesome. Pillows were great. Not too firm and not too soft. Perfect medium. Nice lighting. Love the fact that there were two nightstands. Usually there is just one in between the two beds. Full kitchen. Super quiet. This hotel was fully booked when we stayed and I didn't hear a peep out of anybody all night. I travel frequently and I have to say this is one of the nicest I've ever had. The staff was amazing too. The woman who greeted us late at night at 2 AM on June 29, 2024 was super sweet and accommodating and helped us immediately. We had a special request for extra blankets and she responded ASAP. The woman at the breakfast the next morning on the 29th was super sweet as she refilled the eggs. Breakfast was good. Had anything you need. Standard hotel with waffle maker which was a touch. I would absolutely stay again. The only drawback is that somebody was stomping upstairs which caused a rattle of something in our room. Not the hotel's fault though. Nice outdoor patio with grills.

Overall, this is a very nice property. It is brand new (as of Feb 2024) so everything is fresh and modern and up-to-date. For instance, plenty of charging outlets in the room. It is a suburban location, next to a major street and across the street from a light-rail station (Sunrise.) Parking was easy and convenient, but the $10 per day parking charge felt like gouging to me, because this is not an inner-city hotel with space at a premium. The room was spacious and modern and clean. It had a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you would need to cook and eat in the room. It had nice comfortable beds, and a large table for working, as well as a large-screen TV. There was one easy chair with a small hassock, which was comfortable for short periods. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of towels. We did ask for the room to be freshened after the first night, and also requested a repair for a bedside light that wasn’t working, but neither request was fulfilled. In all other cases, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay - with a couple of hot options, some cereal, and some fruit choices (which could have been a little more fresh.)
