We got in on Fri and room clean big gap under front door thought was odd. Found coffee maker under cabinet with bottled water. Thought that was odd place for it but never touched it. We don't use the single serve pods. Sat morning breakfast was cold. Warming trays obviously were not keeping things warm enough. Saturday afternoon & all night there was a loud party going on. I mentioned this to person at front desk "I hope the loud party quiets down tonight" to let them know..but how could they NOT know it was only a few doors away from the office and next to housekeeping!! Literally ALL NIGHT LONG!! I had to keep AC on to drown out some of the noise. Slamming doors at 01:23 and banging on door. Ugh never again. They charged my card $500 for a $376 stay they charged my card $250 for a missing coffee maker that we never touched them they "found" it right after they had already charged my card. BS at best. Now my $$ are held up for several days in limbo. Supposedly the "incidentals" fee will be charged back to my card but I do not see a reversal even issued!! Never again will I stay here never would I have any friends or family stay here

There was a special event in the general area on the Saturday night and we found ourselves with an extremely limited choice of accommodation. The price was very high that night for the room available. On the plus side, the room had a bright outlook, was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The decor of the room and communal areas does however require attention, The carpets, the furnishings, and colour choices and combinations are not easy on the eye. Overall I’d describe it as a seedy 1970’s vibe. Perhaps that was the intention. Breakfast was included in the price and everything there was well organised, clean and hygienic. However the breakfast items though plentiful, were limited and the quality/nutritional value poor eg sugary cereals, sliced packaged bread. Not my idea of food and this ‘free’ offering, apart from the oranges, was of no interest.

Location is easy to find, just off the 101. Very friendly staff greeting you as you enter. Includes a nice breakfast too! The overall condition of the property is excellent, rooms are clean and fresh. I'll come back and stay here again on my next visit to this area!

Very nice hotel. Nice room, had no problems. Solid continental breakfast. Right off Highway 101 exit. Walking distance to 7/11, fast food, and restaurants. Really nothing to complain about...good choice if you are stopping in this area.

This is the best Quality Inn I have stayed in. It was easy to find - right off highway 101. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was very nice and very spacious with a separate living room, kitchenette with bar stools, king size bedroom and large bathroom area. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was nice with a heated pool and a hot tub. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and a convenience store. Although we were close to major roads it was quiet at night. The included breakfast was very good with hot items like sausages (excellent ones), bacon and eggs along side cereal, bagels, yogurt etc. The coffee was good too. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is easy to drive to the ocean at Bodega Bay or Dillon Beach from Petaluma which is what we did.
