Motel 6 Sepulveda CA Los Angeles Van Nuys N

My stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant experience due to several issues. Firstly, the pillows were infested with bedbugs, which is unacceptable and may lead me to take legal action. Furthermore, the maintenance manager exhibited racist behavior towards African Americans and was extremely impolite. Such disorder and disrespect cannot be tolerated, and I intend to report this individual and the hotel to the appropriate authorities and government agencies. My advice to this establishment is to stop mistreating the very people who provide them with business and income. Additionally, the cleaning manager should be dismissed, and a thorough investigation should be conducted.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels but have never written a negative review before. I am writing this review to hopefully save people from ever going through this Motel 6 experience. Rooms smelled so badly of smoke my belongings still smelled awful days after I checked out. There were bugs. Sheets were stained. It was noisy - thin walls and apparently pet friendly as dogs barking all hours. Most importantly it was not safe. All sorts of things going on in the parking lot. Manager was never there. They say free Wifi but it did not work - not even front desk could use it. The kicker was when we checked out early. We gave them a full days notice and were assured it would not be a problem and that there would be no extra charges. When we did check out they confirmed there would be no extra charges but that unfortunately, they could not print us a receipt (because their wifi was down of course). Once we left the area they did charge us extra - rack rates! Recouping our costs has been a nightmare. I have stayed in some decent Motel 6s but this was a disaster. With no support from Motel 6 head office I will never stay at another. This one horrendous experience was enough.

Stayed 1 nite, it was ok, your basic Motel 6. I didn't get to spend too much time in the room, I was out working to get money to get the car fixed. Not a bad place, near the freeway and main streets, Few warehouses and a place that makes beer too. So lots of activity. Room was clean, my b/f said check in was quick and painless. I was able to come in and shower, towels were clean and sorta soft and the bathroom was clean. The area is good if you need to make some money, just be cool and discrete.

These people have stole all my property they keep giving me the run around I now have no doors or top to my Jeep Wrangler because it seems like all the workerssneak together to steak just to make a few bucks of your hard earned worked things cloths tools watches everything leaving. Me with nothing. Just because I had a emergency please do not give these people any of your money I have no door or top to my Jeep

Stayed here for a week the price wasn’t worth it at all...no security on site, room was decent. Poor soundproofing you could hear the vehicles outside with the windows shut. Laundry machine needs upgrading. No hand sanitizers in high traffic areas. Haven’t seen sanitized lobby area particularly the doors and handles. Wifi was very poor. They shouldn’t be charging that much for the service a guest is receiving...
