Stayed 1 night here. Free parking. Good location. Big room. Check-in was at 4pm but as the hotel was not busy, we were allowed to check-in earlier. I saw cleaning staff walking around, taking the lifts, but never really cleaning, however the hotel is generally clean.

Updated room and great service and location. Only complaint is that the heater was noisy and kept me up at night. Front desk excellent. Lots of restaurants and stores very close. Target, Raleys, Applebees, Marshalls, IHop. Also bagel shop right next door

What? No Breakfast? That was the only downside to staying at this BW. The attached restaurant has breakfast but the breakfast is an add-on. As good or better breakfast options are available elsewhere. Great location as a base for visiting all of Napa Valley. Easy access to BW and plenty of well lit parking. WIFI was great. Instant hot water is a plus.

What a dump. Place feels really unsafe, is not walkable to downtown Napa, heating has a carbon monoxide poisoning warning on it, and the front desk assistants (Cynthia?) are super rude. Be warned that they charge extra for āindoor entranceā while still giving you a ground floor apartment with a door straight to the parking lot
