Anderson Inn

a very relaxing time here. Ideal location along the marina near restaurants and shops. Staff is exceptionally responsive. Attention to little details and extra comforts in the room. Nice touch to have binoculars available in the room. Enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the Anderson Inn many years ago and when planning my Spring Break trip thought it would be a fun getaway. And we loved it so much we already booked next year's stay! It's in a great location along the water, the staff is very friendly and helpful (especially to book a meal at The Galley, delicious!). The room itself is my happy place. I booked the Starboard Suite and not only is it spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable, but it looks right on the water and right at sea lions and otters. And even better? It was baby otter season! I could spend hours on the balcony looking at the sea life. Highly recommend.

First of all, the view is perfect. Our balcony overlooked the rock! Second, every detail was excellent--bed,bath,accessories.The shower even had three levels. Third, we got to eat at the Galley next door with reservations at a waterside table--just delicious! The staff was very helpful.And finally, they even had twisted towels in the shape of otters--a special touch!

Such a spacious, comfy room. We had a last minute stay and the office staff was so welcoming. She even gave me a tour of the 2 available rooms, both with decks and great views. Great location, walkable to restaurants & shops. Highly recommend!

Truthfully, I hesitate to leave a review for fear it will become even more popular than it is. It was our third visit, and we loved it a much if possible as the first two. We have nothing to say but superlatives. The restaurant adjacent, The Galley, is an excellent choice for dinner. Wonderful food, service and view. Morrow Bay is a great little town to explore, and the Garden Shop down the street is not to be missed. Looking forward to our next visit.
