Welcome Inn on Colorado Blvd

The worst experience I´ve ever had at a hotel DO NOT BOOK HERE. The guy at front desk is an ashole everyting is dirty and full of bugs! I´m telling you do not book at Welcome Inn, because YOU´RE NOT WELCOME!!

this was the worst time of my life i paid for two weeks ahead of time he would not let me stay because i didnt have the depost so i called my sister to pay the depost a he stilled refused to check me in and he stood there laughng at me as left

This hotel room was in bad shape. The door jam was beat up and look like someone tried to break in the front door. No phone, hair dryer, clock, lamps, pictures on walls. It was dirty and carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was graffiti written on the side of the mirror. The door jam in the bathroom was completely rotted. There was only one outlet in the room to use and that didn't even have a outlet cover. I wish I would have got my money back.

I was in the Pasadena/ Los Angeles Area for a conference and stayed at the Welcome. I was greeted warmly at the front desk and was given advice as to near-by restaurants to eat at. The room was very clean and I was given fresh towels and a made up bed each of the four nights I stayed there. I have no complaints about my stay at all and would consider staying there again should my travels bring me back to Pasadena/LA

Had a last minute need due to repairs to my own place and stayed at this place. I was just going to be in the area and I was looking for something to use for a few days and after three days I had a friend that came by and next day they told me that they don’t allow visitors after 10 then I was asked to go after I book two more nights and hadn’t had one incident for the whole stay. I’m sorry but I’m not trying too Let a place do that when it’s just rundown And emptiness is the design style. I just was told they needed to clean the room when I only wanted towels but i was gathering stuff to go for lunch while they cleaned up the room but they then just told me to leave and they would refund my money after 3 days and booking 2 more. I was insulted and threatened with the behavior of the person that rubs it and his wife who had to come over and repeated the same message that we had to leave with no respect and poor English skills. Meanwhile the housekeeper was just wondering why I was getting kicked out and said “they don’t understand” its good but I don’t know why they have you go” I’m just wondering how much illegal and dangerous stuff goes on there and maybe that’s why A guy is treated that way. Hey you can just go for cheap at least but I’m going somewhere else. MeAn and dirty No thank y’all
