Unbelievably small rooms, no closets or space to put away clothes. You can wash your hands in sink while still in bed. OK for 1 person but too tight for 2. No counter space next to sink, no real desk or chair. The decor is very ugly. Dark colored walls make hallways and lobby feel claustrophobic,

Disappointment at every turn: noisy nightclub outdoor noise affects every room. Rooms too small for a desk, safe, fridge, or even a bathroom but priced like a real hotel. No business center: just an obscure computer on 9th floor with no paper in printer. Always a wait for the understaffed front desk. Would never stay here again.

Had an amazing experience at the Moxey Hotel Bar thanks to Chante! She’s incredibly personable, attentive, and knows exactly how to craft a fantastic drink. Her energy and people skills made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. The bar itself is definitely on the pricier side, but with service like Chante’s, it’s absolutely worth every penny. Thank you, Chante — you truly made my day! I’ll definitely be back.

Chante was an awesome bar tender!! She had exceptional service. Very friendly, very personable. She has a wonderful personality. The drinks were really good and strong. Little pricey but definitely worth it. I will be back soon to see Chante.

The hotel is fantastic, very convenient location for Lakers game nights! I would recommend this to all travelers. The Director of Front Office, Sarah is amazing and was really helpful. She upgraded me to a corner city view room! Can't wait to be back!
