Shouting out a big thank you to RIck and Natalia at the front desk for helping me arrange a little extra time to depart during my business conference. They were very friendly an accommodating. The entire crew was great - even tried their best to help with the somewhat confusing elevator system. Clean rooms and very friendly housekeeping staff. Great stay!

The hotel has the most beautiful views and the staff is so friendly. The people at the valet helpfully pointed out that the tire in our rental had a nail, and we were able to fix it before heading to Palm Springs. There were several butlers that were so friendly and remembered us when we came back after Coachella. Jared Miramontes was also super helpful in getting our dusty, post-coachella bags to our room.

What an amazing hotel with the most incredible skyline views of LA! The check in process on the 70th floor was hassle free, swift and a bit surreal. Our room was gorgeous and I really did not want to leave it. We used the club lounge which had an amazing selection of drinks, canapes and snacks as well as a continuation of the awesome views. There is a rooftop bar too which we visited and watched the beautiful Californian sunset. Would highly recommend a stay here, you can't go wrong.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring—this hotel sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. I felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-tier hospitality Manny, Luis and Fabrice stand out as giving exceptional customer service during my stay.

Check in on the 70th floor messed with our minds initially. But we soon got used to it. The check in process was seamless and informative. Breakfast on floor 71 amongst the stunning downtown view was fantastic! Room was spacious with a great bathroom. Hotel location was so close to shopping and Metro. But it was Manny, Guest Ambassador, together with Frederick the Concierge, who both made our stay. They were SO helpful, going out of their way to ensure our requests were met. Thank you so much gentlemen. We had a perfect stay.
