They wouldn't pro-rate me $486.00. I was told to contact my Lawyer. This is the email that I had to send them today. Stay away people. To whom it may concern, I checked into space 202 on June 26, 2021. I checked out on July 13, 2021. I spoke with Sean in your office regarding the pro-rate of the spot I had rented through August 1, 2021. He stated as an employee of Indian Wells RV Resort that I would be pro-retreated for the month of July. I called and spoke with Kendra Allen on 7/14/2021 and 7/15/2021 regarding this issue. I was told on both occasions that I wouldn't receive any portion of a refund. While one the phone with Kendra Allen, she told me that she had spoken with Sherri and Kathleen. I am not sure who they are. It must be Kendra's superiors. Kendra on July 13, 2021 talked to her superiors and "WILL NOT" refund any money for a early check out. I am looking at a $486.00 refund for leaving my spot. I told the staff at Indian Well RV Resort in advance that I would do so. I was told by Sean that I could be refunded. It is not stated in any of my initial deposit or monthly payment that If vacated the premises before my pay period ended that I wouldn't be pro-rated the difference. In this case almost more than half of month. When I spoke with Kendra Allen tonight, Regarding this issue she reinstated that I wouldn't receive any refund. I told Kendra that I may have my Lawyer get involved. Kendra stated "You may have to just do that".. The unfortunate thing is that I work in construction and I recommended this place for my crews. You could have made a lot of money in the off season from them. Now I am telling them to stay away. All of this over $486.00?? Your place has 0 hospitality.

Was a yearly resident for 25 years, were told we could not sell our unit but also our contract would not be renewed because of age of unit. We had continually upgraded our unit and was in spectacular condition. The manager did not inspect our unit, drove by and said it was to old. Since then have had to sell my unit for nothing just have it moved This month we have been double charged rent and the manager is to busy to talk to us. Unfortunately I am one of alot of folks who have had to relinquish ownership of their units for the reasons previously stated. Services kept being discontinued and price kept rising If you you would like further info about this park call me Neil Jackson 250 836 3935

this is a dishonest trailer park that is clearly not worth the money they charge. The manager when i met her just complained to me about her job. I was nice and paid another two weeks buy one week get one week free. 6/27/2020 to 7/10/2020 with a check out the next day. According to the manager Sherri instead of my move out date of 7/11/2020 she put my move out day for 7/9/20. I feel totally ripped off and whe i called to today 8/17/2020 a complete joke. they did not even give me a invoice for what i paid for on 6/26/2020. Sherri also was telling me i was "86" 3 years ago and wanted me to explain myself. the only thing i could remember was how "rude" the hispanic front desk agents were. I have a severe traumatic brain injury and I filled a discrimination case with the DFLH. The manager Sherri is a person who lacks integrity. not only did she not return my calls she did not send me a invoice or email me back!

Arrived to find out the site we had reserved and paid a deposit on the previous year was given to another tenant with a shorter stay during the same time. Then spent 2 hours and 2 large bags of garbage later to clean up the site we were given. During our stay we were continually subjected to construction noise from 7am to 3 pm and offered no discount. A lot of this work could have been done in the off season, not during prime time, during winter months. We have been coming here for 9 years and never have we been treated so poorly.

Our site was cheek by jowl with a fixed cabin next door. Our slide-out was literally 1 meter from the verandah of the people sitting on their verandah. We could not open the window or blinds to preserve our privacy. On the other side, we were jammed up next to the pool fence.....again less than a metre from the fence!! We paid $89/night with AAA discount for a total lack of privacy. Also very poor to non-existent wifi
