Pleasant hotel,looks new,quiet and lots of stores next to it. I didn't have a problem getting there. It was close to my sister's house. Only 13 minutes to the airport looks and feel like a safe place. The breakfast was good and the pre check in online was helpful.

Great staycation- just wanted a night away from home to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Room was nice and clean, cable wasn’t working but immediately taken cared of. A good breakfast selection, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby for those visiting from out of town.

Good location with easy access to freeway and lots of food choices close by with a reasonable rate on the hotel which includes breakfast from 6-9 each day. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Access from A Street was quick to 880 from and to the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE, not even for the cheap price before your flight out. I never rate any of my stays with Hotels.com, but I have to rate this one. We were only checking in for a few hours before our early morning flight, so I thought it would be okay for a room on the cheaper hotel range. The room was basic, acceptable, and appeared to be clean. The WORST part was that there was people shouting or partying from 12AM - 2AM. At one point, there was a drunk man banging on the door a few rooms down, waiting for his partner to open the door. It was horrible, we couldn't even sleep before those few hours before my flight. Not only that, 2 days after I checked out, I got a phone call from a La Quinta Inn front desk representative, who told me that they lost my credit card, and needed it to issue a refund for the room deposit. They said I could go in and present my card to the front desk or the other option is to send them a photocopy of my credit card info. Keep in mind, they also made a photocopy of my ID card. This was the email address that they told me to send my credit card info to: lqfd0624@gmail.com. Sound like a scam? I disputed the charge my bank, and they took care of it. Don't stay here, go somewhere else.

Fraudulent and untrustworthy management. On October 14 I made a pre-paid, non-cancellable reservation, directly through Wyndhamhotels.com for a rate of $92.40, for Oct 22. When I arrived at the hotel on Oct 22 in the evening around 7pm to check in, they informed me they had been unable to charge my card, had tried to call me, and because they were unable to reach me on the day of travel, cancelled my reservation. My phone showed missed calls at approximately 4pm and 5pm on the day of check-in - which I was unable to answer as I had been traveling with my family all day. The clerk at the front desk refused to reinstate my reservation, nor honor the agreed-upon rate. The clerk consulted the manager who agreed that they would not honor my pre-paid rate or reservation, and instead offered me a room at a rate of $135. This is grossly fraudulent and untrustworthy behavior to jack up their room rates, fail to honor a confirmed, pre-paid reservation, and pressure travelers at a point of unfair leverage into accepting a higher rate.
