Pool and spa are closed. Breakfast was not included because I "booked online" according to the front desk person. Water is being wasted everywhere I looked. Overall just an unpleasant experience, I would look elsewhere for a hotel next time.

I was sucked in by the low price and arrived to find myself in a rundown, dump of a place. It’s like it’s been frozen in time circa 1960s. For example, I’d never encountered a tap/faucet that you have to pull towards you to get it to work. Everything is ancient. Despite these shortcomings, I could have probably stayed for the three nights booked had it not been for the guy in the room next door. Loud phone calls until 1am prompting me to change rooms. But that wasn’t much better because the whole place literally creaks! If you are in a first floor room, you will hear even the slightest of movement from anyone immediately above. After hardly any sleep, I cut my losses (because I’d paid in full in advance) and moved to a much nicer, modern hotel directly opposite. You can do so much better in Fresno than this dive.

We had made a booking at the Piccadilly Inn Airport hotel through hotwire but when we reached the hotel after visiting Yosemite National park around 9:30 pm in the night we were informed that they are sold out. This was ridiculous! since we had already paid hotwire to secure the booking. The Piccadilly Inn Airport hotel should not have turned us down after confirming our booking through Hotwire. We ended up calling around several hotels and only found one at 12 am about 1.5 hours away.

The worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. The are 2 hotels with the same name. This is the one my job put me up in because of the price. It's like the movie The Shining. Rooms are big and old looking. The heat doesn't work and it's cold in Fresno. The blanket on the bed is thin. The staff is awful and unhelpful. The food at the restaurant is not good for the price. And they have roaches.

You have a treasure in Grace, the Manager. there's one reason and only one reason I stay there whenever I'm in Fresno--Grace. You can tell when a place has harmony, when the staff WANTS to do their best--not out of fear but to receive warm attention. Which is one of Grace's gifts--warm attention, to her staff and to her guests. It takes more than attractive architecture or thoughtful design to create a warm, welcoming inn. A fearful staff communicates stress. Piccadilly Airport Inn communicates welcome, safety, and comfort. In my every encounter with Grace or her team, generosity prevails.
