This is a place if you only need one night before a flight. Staff is very unfriendly and on phones half the time. I always feel like they are mad at me for checking in. Have to always ask for the water that most see and give free. The worst this time was getting to the room late after 25 hours of traveling, going to take a shower and unrolling a filthy towel.

I booked this last minute because it was so conveniently located close to a job site and Iām glad I found it. Itās recently renovated, so not much to complain about in terms of the hotel itself; it looks great! However, thereās something off putting about the restaurant. I came downstairs to check it out and it felt like I was at a club. Iām not against edm music, but they should really really reconsider the music theyāre choosing for a Sunday night. I ended up having to ask for outside recommendations to which the front desk staff were amazing about, thank you Kim and Teresa. I will be coming back to give it another go, the menu looked delicious and I look forward to it!

~ I booked last minute and was very easy , staff was very professional and everything was very nice and clean. ~ Hotel under few remodeling and looking very nice. ~ Room nice and quit ~ Everything is near I was able to go in and out and find nice restaurants near.

Our stay at this hotel was a disappointment. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price of the room, only to find out it was for only one of the 4 people in my family. I have never come across a hotel that does that; typically, if breakfast is included, it is for everybody staying in the room, not just for 1 family member. When I asked them to make it right, they refused, saying it was their policy. I will never be staying there again.

The rooms are okay but a little noisy. The night clerk lied about not having an F&B credit for Hilton Diamond members, likely under the instruction of management. No complimentary water was provided. There were no parking spots left when we arrived, so we had to park by the curb. You're paying to stay at an HGI, but expect service worse than at a Hamptonāwhich is an insult to Hamptons.
