Holiday Inn Diamond Bar Pomona an IHG Hotel

Oscar from the front desk was the absolute best. We had an issue with the shower pressure in our bathroom, and he was able to immediately move us to another room at 2AM. Also gave us plenty of waters every night of our stay. Would totally stay here again in the future.

The staff at this hotel appear to be very customer service oriented. Rooms were very clean. Although breakfast was pretty basic, they really try to make the experience enjoyable. Very good parking in safe area. One side by freeway a little noisier in morning on commute days, but also nice view of Walnut Valley. The other side is very calm. I have stayed here two times and both times have gone well.

Nice hotel. Clean, easy to get in and out of. Great staff to help with any issues. The gentlemen for breakfast was fantastic, always smiling and always trying to help the guests. Cocktails at night were nice by the tv in the bar. This is a clean hotel that is convenient in the area.

I was there for business a couple weeks ago. Property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I had a King Suite and it was perfect: adjustable ac/heat, microwave, mini fridge (that actually worked and kept food items cold), lots of space for lounging, big mirrors, lamps/lights, and many outlets (usb, regular electrical). Everything worked and it was a very enjoyable stay. I also liked that the hotel had a restaurant (food was ok but service was excellent) and a little corner area in the lobby where you could buy snacks, ice cream, water, drinks, microwaveable food, and toiletries.

A quiet place to unwind. The room were clean. Towels are very clean and toiletries are complete with what you need to be used. Nice view from my room. Walking distance in one of the small plaza along Diamond Bar.
