Such comfy mattresses! Very hospitable staff! Super friendly and accommodating!! 100% would recommend!! Awesome that you can use the pool at the shared property Westin Hotel! The pool was the perfect temperature and pristinely clean! Plenty of towels

The hotel was lovely! Our room was perfect for our family and – a very comfortable king bed in one room and two twins in the other. We really enjoyed the easy access to LEGOLAND. This would be a five star review except that the restaurant in the hotel was particularly bad. We tried it twice and both times each of our meals was barely edible.

The room was well structured, and had good flow I was provided a room upgrade which the additional space was accommodating. Bedding pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Check in process was a bit underwhelming, and long inspite of ambassador status. The young man checking me in was distracted, interested in what was on his phone. The 7 mile restaurant had nice small bites with very refreshing drinks.

The beds are very comfortable. The facilities were very clean. They seem to pay attention to the little things like whether the sinks in the bathrooms drain or not. All was tiptop. Food at the restaurants was good, drinks at the bar were good. Hotel staff is very, very friendly. Excellent service.

We loved the ponto suite. It was great for a young family like ours and I wish more hotels had similar suites. That said, we were pretty disappointed with the pool set up. Not the pool itself, but the complete lack of service. The slide was closed, which my son was thoroughly looking forward to and was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I was told by the restaurant server that they had let the lifeguard go because it was the low season. So basically the slide is only open during the high season, I suppose. Overall, great hotel, we’ll definitely be back, but maybe only when the slide is open.
