Vagabond Inn Fresno

We had a very bad experience. The reservation included breakfast but actually there isn’t. Only coffee, contrarily to the information in the site. There are no towels and no blinds for the windows. We found lots of mold in the walls and humidity in the air. Not possible to stay.

This was an awful experience from start to finish! The first room assigned to us was already occupied by a great many live cockroaches! We finally settled on the third room which was not clean. There were stains on the sheets (one blood stain); the toilet did not flush properly (we fixed it); there was a man laying on the sidewalk sleeping (either drunk or drugs) “ladies of the night” roaming the parking lot and jumping in and out of vehicles. The pool was filthy and very cloudy; when the security guard was approached about the person on the sidewalk, he asked “what am I supposed to do about it”. The maid refused to clean the room during our stay and complained about having to provide clean towels.

Dirty place unsafe lots of drugs and homeless people around. Mangers treated us disgustingly, no room service for four night. Dirty pool, broken tv, broken toilet, water takes forever to heat. Towels weren’t replaced for all four nights, we needed to use our own. Front desk is mostly closed so even if you want to ask for service there’s no one to help. No microwave or coffee machine in the room, no toilet paper. I honestly recommend not going to this place

the only thing that was good about this place was the receptionists. We searched for a place to sleep on the way and it was the closest to us.  Stinky rooms, we got a room with smoking even though we booked non smoking. The room was dirty, the shower didn't work and there were hairs in it, there was no wifi reception in the room, no microwave and no fridge.The pool was small, dirty and not suitable for use, the smoke detector was broken.
