I had an incredibly disappointing and unsafe stay at this hotel. The floors in my room were visibly dirty. It was obvious they had not been cleaned since the previous visits and I could feel the dirtiness on my shoes as I walked in I decided to not take off my shoes due to the sticky feel and crunchy sound as I walked in. This included the bathroom floor and shower tub. It also had an overwhelming smell of marijuana and body odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay here. The smell lingered in my clothing and bag far after my stay. to make matters worse, the desk clerk made the experience feel very unprofessional and unsafe asking for a cash deposit which seemed very unusual and highly suspect. I offered to put a deposit on my card as I understand people can damage the room, etc. his denial made it even more unusual. There is one review here on Yelp that details how they kept the deposit and there was no official record of it. It makes more sense now. Iām glad I refused this. The highlight was the hotel double charged my card and refused to change this even when I returned and showed them evidence that they had double charged my card. I asked that they reverse one of them, they refused and said both charges were non-Refundable. The great news is that I went through my credit card company and got one of the charges turned back without issue. Please avoid this hotel at all costs as this experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here due to poor cleanliness on the floors, bathroom, etc. questionable practices with money specifically cash deposits, and a lack of customer service skills or willingness to make things right.

It's great. I had no issues. Nice and clean. Good view of mountains. Lots of restaurants, laundromat etc. nearby. Restaurant selections include many kind of Mexican type places, Thai, In'N'Out Burger, McDon's - it's all good. Family owned place.

Room was fine. Coffee and hot water are available down in the office but not in the rooms. There are also places to sit in the office area, which is nice. Rooms have fridge but no microwave (but there may be a microwave in the office ... I found the area around the motel depressing ... There is a diner right there and handy, though, but we did not try it.

I like staying at this hotel the staff is awesome. They are nice and professional. They keep the property clean and quiet. Location is perfect close to shopping, eating, parks, and easy for public transportation. Rooms are clean they clean them daily. They just got new beds in the rooms. In

I was in town for a few days for a celebration of life and I forgot my opal ring that was given to be by my grandmother when I turned 14! I called as soon as I realized I was missing it and they sent it to me right away and even called to make sure I got it back. My ring is incredibly special to me and the staff were so wonderful and thoughtful to get it to me right away. Thank you to Ray and his amazing staff for a great stay and for finding my ring! You guys are the best!
