Nice location, easy to walk to Venice Beach, staff wonderful and AC works well. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area. Hotel has nice restaurants, Adirondack chairs for bay viewing and looks like nice pool. Too chilly to use but would be fun on warmer days

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the views were spectacular. Valet service was quick and efficient; drop off took less than a minute and pickup was seamless - car was already there by the time I got downstairs. Darwin and Dorian were phenomenal valets!

There are people who just complain and then there are people who complain just to get free stuff. Let me explain I’m either I’m just honest and realistic! If you want the ritz Carlton “stuff” then go to the Ritz but the people who complain on this hotel u r wrong in so many ways. Check in ladies were so sweet and I got upgraded for no reason to a water view. The elevators r broken but they HAVE other elevators if you can’t handle going through the service ones then don’t stay here but we survived and it’s an elevator. Not once did we feel unsafe. We stayed on the second floor and had a very nice view. Super windy day so we didn’t get to use the balcony much. The only thing I care about is clean rooms and this hotel was super clean. Sheets clean. Bathroom clean. I’m happy! Nice housekeepers in the halls working for the one who posted no housekeepers in sight. They r everywhere and we came in after check in time. Tip your housekeepers people they work harder. If u want them to stay then take care of them. Side note! Check out was easy and the guy in the front was so nice. Even gave me directions to everywhere near and far. Definitely will stay here again and will come back when it’s warmer

A nice reputable hotel with well maintained gardens in a safe area directly on mothers beach. A car is essential. Beach activities are available nearby and a nice restaurant with bar area. One unpleasant lady staff member on reception unfortunatly dont know her name. I wasnt happy with the conference taking place during my stay and she provided no clarity for me. Did enjoy my stay and think i will return at some point.

This is a lovely place to stay. It reminds me of being in Key West. The interesting architectural details and the modernized rooms are lovely. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very good and opens to the outside with a view of Mother's Beach. I highly recommend staying here.
