Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort

We have just returned from a 10 day trip and will definitely be back. The hotel is very clean, the room was a great size and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location to Disney is excellent and it was fantastic value for money! Those saying that housekeeping didn’t clean their room- this was not the case for us. Upon check in we were told that our room would be cleaned every other day but if we wanted it cleaned every day, just to ask- nothing was too much trouble! Having laundry facilities on site was also an added bonus for us! We do agree that the hotel may benefit from updated decor but this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest. I would definitely give this hotel a go if you want value for money, somewhere clean and safe to stay and friendly staff. Thank you ☺️- we will be returning soon!

Let me start by saying this is my favorite hotel in the area! It's a little on the older side, but I think it only adds to the charm. The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well furnished. I always have trouble with hotel pillows being either too thin or too firm and their's is honestly just right! Now while all of the above mentioned are great, they are just the icing on the cake that is location. We typically stay early spring for Wondercon, and they are incredibly affordable for just how close they are located to the convention center. It has the benefits of being located practically right at the entrance of the convention center, but also not suffering from elevator traffic! This is a huge issue I ran into before at other hotels. The ones located super close to the event tend to have long waits for the lift, but the Clarion's 3 elevators have you in and out super quick! We also like to stay here when going to Disneyland! We much prefer being able to walk places, and wouldn't you know, it's super close to the park as well! I believe there is a shuttle you can pay for, but we honestly always find ourselves taking the short 1 mile stroll to and from the park. As most of it runs along Disney, it's a nice green walk. As I've stated before, this really is the best bang for your buck in the area, and I honestly hope I can stay with them every time I'm in town.

The hotel was clean and nice. The beds could be changed out, the bed in the two rooms we occupied had a dip in the middle that made us feel like we were falling into the middle of the bed. Staff was nice and courteous but failed at greeting us when we arrived until we came up to the front desk and acknowledged them or welcomed us back when we returned from our family outings. The one exception to that was your assistant manager Raymond Gonzalez, every time we came into the hotel as soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted with a warm and heart felt welcome back. Raymond sets the example that all front desk employees should follow, he’s a great example of great customer service and deserves the recognition.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was perfect! Although it was a late night and an early morning, I had no delays with the front desk. I booked easily through the app which made check-in and check-out very quick and simple. I love staying at this Clarion.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy ($15/day). Very convenient location to Disneyland, and the Anaheim Convention Center. Enjoyed the balcony (north facing rooms). Beds weren't the most comfy but adequate. Common areas and rooms were very clean. Elevators a bit of a pain when large groups checking out in am. VERY SLOW and smallish. But good value for price overall.
