Good stuff: clean property, spacious well appointed rooms with quite HVAC, to a person the staff is focused on guest experience, excellent housekeeping. Golf course well maintained and well served. But. Casino has no craps table?!? You have to pay for your drinks even while at a table with several hundred in chips; what? High end restaurant not open Sunday evening!?! Fitness center truly substandard. Except for breakfast, food is eh. Stopped in spa Friday afternoon - no therapists on site.

This was a great visit as usual !! The rooms here are always clean and the staff is always super Friendly!! We have stayed many times and never 1 complaint from us. Keep up the good work guys!! We will be back very soon and can't wait to visit again.

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools hosted their third annual Leadership Summit, for the third year at We-Ko-Pa in January. Why do we keep coming back to this amazing resort and conference center? I could say it has to do with the functional conference space, clean and comfortable hotel rooms, and beautiful desert setting, which are all true, but the reason we keep coming back is the people. Your staff is amazing! Michael, Christine, Daniel, and Malory are just a few of the people who made our event exceptional. Their care, kindness, attention to detail, and going above and beyond to make our event a success, are what makes We-Ko-Pa a place to hold our annual event. Thank you all for what you do!

What an excellent time we had at your resort. Your entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to insure we were being then care of. Fabulous food, beautiful room, all the gambling options you can think of. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an awesome experience.😀

We have been enjoying dinner at Ember for the past few years and have found the food to be absolutely amazing. However, the experience with the staff has been on steady decline over that time. Culminating with a miserable experience our last time there. We drove 60 miles each way only to be told by the two unhappy, unsmiling and uncaring grumpy hostesses they didn't have our registration and "didn't have room for us". Thank You Ember for absolutely ruining our 35th Anniversary dinner, we will never return.
