Courtyard Marriott Fort Smith Downtown

Although I lived in Fort Smith previously for 10 years (so familiar with the area and offerings), I was in town visiting my family, including grandchildren. We opted to stay at the hotel to take advantage of the amenities, such as indoor pool for the kids. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with friendliness. The room was extremely clean. Housekeeping was attentive to our needs. Any extras requested at front desk were taken care of promptly, including the unexpected need for a rollaway. Even the maintenance man turned up the heat in the pool for the kids once he saw they were swimming. I travel often and have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This one is definitely at the top of the list!

Great location and a beautiful property. I was amazed at how friendly the staff are. From the moment I walked in it felt like I was visiting with old friends. The front desk were happy to give me advice on where to find some dinner and entertainment.

comfortable hotel in a great location! It is within walking distance of historical landmarks. The Lobby has a starbucks in it, and has plenty of room to pull up a chair if you don't feel like sitting in your room all day while working. The staff is friendly and my room was very spacious with plenty of room for my luggage. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked very well. This place has everything I have come to expect from the Mariott Brand and more! Thank you Courtyard Fort Smith for a great stay!

Nice, clean hotel with decent amenities. The rooms need updating. Hot water was available immediately and the water pressure was good. No free breakfast but the downstairs bistro prepared good, overpriced food. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Just warning people about gym. Tiniest one I have seen at a Courtyard. Two treadmills and one broken elliptical. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a workout. Staff is nice and rooms are clean. Gym disappointing. Parking lot in back is pretty dark and some random people wandering around at night. Park by front door if you can.
