Horrible, 1st the bed was horrible sunk in the middle so me and my husband had to sleep on opposite sides if you didn't want to sleep in a hole. Then the day we checked out hours after we left town I got notified they charged me another charge. Not to mention they pre authorized 1 night before arriving and then when you arrive they authorize the entire amount of the stay again so you have to wait days to get your money back. When I called about the extra charge they claimed I smoked in the room which I did not smoke in the room and when I asked them to send me evidence they told me they didn't have any its just the smell. So based on a smell they will charge you so anytime you stay here I would recommend locking your card. Because the staff doesn't have enough common since to know if you smoke out side the smell will be on you when your smoking in a closed card because it is too cold to stand out side and smoke. Not to mention they don't even have anything that I signed as I did not sign any documents when I checked in. They think they are intitled to do what ever they want because they are in a small town and there aren't alot of options. It is worth driving to Pine Bluff to stay at a better hotel and not deal with this.

We were looking to find a place 4-6 hours out on our 10 hour drive to New Orleans. Horribly bad reviews everywhere I looked, then I found this place. We weren't disappointed Nice clean spacious room to get ready for the next day.

The sign just said “Motel” but we were desperate for rest. Front desk help was excellent. Exterior needs work but we were very pleasantly surprised by the brand new renovation, nice bathroom, super clean & spacious room. Better than some 4 star hotels.

We stayed in a room with a newly renovated bathroom. The room was clean and very spacious. We had enough room for my two teens and husband to spread out. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite. I know the main part of the room was. It finished yet so I hope they put in a mirror in the main part. It was hard to get 4 people ready with the mirror in the bathroom. The pool was also closed but we would definitely stay here again.

average stay rooms ok , showers heads to low and ceilings need replaced, drafty doors on entry, breakfast was ok cold some times , coffee was out twice went to mcdolalds next door rest of trip, there is no other place to stay with in 50 plus miles
