Regency Inn Bald Knob

I brought my service dog with me, and was refused a room because I didn't show documentation that she was a service dog, and because I didn't bring her into the lobby with me I was 'obviously' lying. The staff member admitted what he was doing was illegal and still refused me a room. I'd rather keep driving than stay at any place that ignores the law so blatantly.

This hotel was clean, newly remodeled. Simple but inexpensive. Exactly what we were looking for, for a one night stop on the road. The gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. We stayed in a king room. Electric plug-ins were limited but we require several (crap, fan, phones, etc)

Our one night stay was very enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our room #18, was very clean and had everything we needed. We will highly recommend the Regency Inn, to everyone wanting a great place to stay.

The rooms are small but very well maintained. For the price, it was a bargain. The bed was firm which we like and the towels were fine. The lady at the desk was hard to understand with a distinct Indian accent. Even though the motel is close to the highway, it was not noisy. Pet friendly for $20.

From check-in to check-out, we were very impressed with this motel. The man at the desk was friendly and spoke clearly. The rooms were updated and exceptionally clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on! Although they were pretty full, we were not disturbed at all. We will definitely stay here again!
