Affordable, they offer different room sizes ant different prices and good for short term stays. I would recommend and stay again. Laundry rooms onsite, full kitchens, in ground pool, park and playground. Near local stores and highways..

These is not a place where to stay in Tempe. The place is dirty, smells bad and we did not fell save in it. We decided to leave the place even before finishing up our reservation and booked in other hotel. There is not relation with the price we pay and the quality of the place.

It is an apartment building! People fighting, loud, sketchy, getto, could not sleep. Alot of street noise. Beware! Asked for a refund and was denied! Next to very busy streets. Getto area. Did not feel safe. Load music all night and people arguing every night. Booked thru hotwire which said it was a 4 star hotel!

Less than one star. Major traffic noise from very close freeway and street,unsavory characters and late night screaming definitely didnāt feel safe. Strange checkin where they require a selfie and drivers license photo. No one at desk after five and no coffee or anyone at desk in the morning either. Very sketch place dont stay here!

We tried to stay here we had a reservation but we walked in the lobby and the horrible smell of mold was almost overwhelming. We went to our room and it was NASTY. This is not an exaggeration- there were roaches everywhere!!! They were in the kitchen, on the walls in the bedroom- everywhere We left
