Had a great week-long stay with the entire family. We stayed in a spacious Hilton villa that allowed the entire family (from grandparents to grandkids) to stay together. We also celebrated a special birthday. Special kudos to the manager Gregg, who was very personable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We stayed in one of the 2 bed/2 bath with kitchen suites and loved it, very spacious and clean, big bathrooms with design upgrades, showers with space, convenient kitchen and fridge and washer/dryer. The staff REALLY helped us out with both early check in and late check out, friendly and accommodating. I wish we could’ve stayed more nights.

Pros: great location, very nice firm bed, spacious room, relaxing and calm pool atmosphere with poolside bar, helpful and friendly staff. Cons: property needs updating - really showing wear and tear, austere decor (blank white walls?).

On the positive side, the hotel is clean and the staff is gracious. Unfortunately, the accommodations are severely lacking. I traveled with my two adult children and young grandchildren. Booked the standard two room villa. The villa is in desperate need of updating. The carpet was worn and stained, wallpaper in bathroom peeling and then haphazardly repatched, the sofa is sinking in the middle and the outdoor umbrella was broken and unusable. We needed to convertible sofa bed but when we opened it, found that not only was it lacking in sheets and blankets, it was so uneven that one needed to place head at the foot of the mattress rather that where it belonged. And then, it meant that the crossbar jabbed into the back through the paper thin mattress the entire night. When we called for sheets and blankets, the sheets arrived still damp and needed to be dried before making up the bed. I spoke with management the following morning and requested a rollaway bed which I was assured would arrive promptly. As we were off to a baseball game and then golf, I assumed there would be plenty of time. However, when we returned to the room about 4pm, it still hadn’t arrived which necessitated another phone call. There are several spots on the carpeting where the subfloor is damaged so when you cross, you sink a bit into the floor. Room service was incredibly slow and bar service, on a Friday night, was abysmal. The bartender, maybe only a part timer but nonetheless, knew nothing about making drinks and was quite the talk of the hot tub crowd well into Saturday. No housekeeping our second day and the third day, housekeeping but did not remove garbage or vacuum. We became friendly with another guest and she was so disappointed was moving to the Marriott over the weekend. The pool is large and great and Fleming’s restaurant, on site, was incredible! Do highly recommend. Finally, although all signage claims ā€˜Hilton’ (name tags, key cards, cups, napkins, receipts) it is not technically a Hilton Hotel and therefore does not accept Hilton gift cards. We do plan on returning next year for spring training but will look for alternative accommodations. I suggest others do the same.

From the very beginning, my stay was amazing thanks to Melissa! I came in earlier than expected and I appreciate the accommodations she was able to make thanks to a change in my checkin schedule - great service through-in throughout! Will stay again!
